I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with good hot water and pressure in the shower. The staff was courteous and professional, from the front desk to the lounge staff to the housekeeper. The TV selection is good, and the food in the restaurant/lounge was quite tasty. I will definitely stay here again should I need a room in the area.Rooms: The room was clean and well heated, without getting too hot. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean. The water pressure and temperature was good. The TV worked well, with a large selection of channels.Food & drinks: The restaurant and lounge has good food and great service at a reasonable price. Comfortable seating and smoking permitted in the bar. The restaurant is well lit and roomy.Noteworthy details: Staff is great. Courteous and professional, made me feel very welcome.

Rooms were terrible! Bedsheets were stained, towels were stained, room phone didn't work, WiFi was hard to connect to and keep connected, TV didn't work, the plug by the lamp didn't work properly to charge my cell phone, one outlet was completely uncovered with the wires exposed, the desk didn't have a chair with it, the desk was all scratched up, carpeting in the hallway was all torn up, it was freezing in the hallway, the heater in the room made noise and would pulse when it ran, doors were hard to open and close, coffee maker was filthy and so was the sink and shower! I will NOT be staying there ever again! Breakfast was decent though, with very nice waitress. That was really the only good thing there. Managed to get a half refund for the room after talking to the manager. I will definitely NOT be returning!Rooms: Rooms were trash! I definitely do not recommend anyone staying here.Food & drinks: Food was decent, not excellent but good enough. Very nice waitress.Noteworthy details: One of the worst motels I've ever stayed in! I will NOT be returning. I don't know how it is still part of The Quality Inn franchise. If they ever come in for inspection they will instantly pull their name and funding. They should just on their own drop the name and just go by their own name and be removed from The Quality Inn franchise. It's not worthy of it. Yeah it's that bad! What a dump!

Absolutely do not stay here. Called for a simple question and was complete dismissed by Dave (if that is his actual name) before he finally hung up on me. Dave- you do not belong in customer service, let alone HOSPITALITY, and I have to assume that any hotel willing to employ you isn’t worth paying a dime to stay at. Please stop lying to people and find a job that you’re better suited for.

Our room was clean, the king-size bed was extremely comfortable. Everyone who works there is extremely nice and wants to do everything possible to ensure you have a pleasant stay. We were pleasantly surprised at the delicious breakfast! Not your usual cold cereal and juice; a selection of delicious hot items that you order from the dining room. Lizza, was the server and was extremely pleasant and hustled with a smile on her face. The hotel has a tavern and restaurant. We also saw a workout room and an on-site washer and dryer. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Thoughtfully placed and decorated trees throughout. We will definitely stay here again.

Stale smoke throughout the hotel and in the non smoking rooms. Price advertised (86) was not the room price (105). Staff was really friendly and it's right off the highway.Nearby activities: Mothman museum is really close

The place is a waste of money. The front desk lady for the check in was rude. Then the public bathroom was disgusting. Our room 141, had next to none toliet paper. Then the beds are very uncomfortable. I had my 3 year old and 6 year old with us. So of course in the morning we went to get breakfast and there was a sign that said breakfast was closed. So we left right then. I will never use them again. I would recommend nobody using them.

Room smelled old and musty. Very dated but that’s to be expected. Room is not fully cleaned. Beer bottle top laying on the floor. Bedsheets not change from last occupant. Sticky countertop near microwave.

Sure, the rooms could be updated. The bar and the dining room have way too much dark wood.But I haven't had such a good stay at a property in a long time! Our room was big and comfortable. Microwave, tiny fridge, a TV. Big squishy bed. Shower had hot water and good water pressure.And my goodness, did we love the staff.I must give every compliment available to Leeza, who came in late to run the bar. She usually runs the breakfast. [Don't eat the breakfast unless you're super hungover. We might have been super hungover.] She was kind and funny and really sweet to us. She gave us directions to local attractions and was... human. What a wonderful human. We were so glad to have met Leeza.This place gets a lot of heat online. We didn’t experience any of the terrible things others have reported. It's old, but it's super cool. This Quality Inn was one of the highlights of our trip.
