“Good, dependable,safe and courteous transportation to Medical Appointments. I have used On-The-Go for many years now. They have NEVER stood me up or made me late. I have used them for my son's appointments to Children's Hospital, for surgical procedures I had to have. They will go anywhere in Ohio or West Virginia if it is near the Ohio line. Clients must be on some kind of Medicaid. It can be your secondary insurance, just so you have it. That is how the ride is paid. It's just you and the driver. They wait on you so you don't get left stranded for hours waiting on another driver to pick you up. Great job overall!!”
