  Ordered checks and a new binder as I use desk checks. Got the checks and still waiting for the binder. The binder I have is 40 years old and held together with duct tape.   Friendly and helpful staff. Their hours are inconvenient.

  Obviously we need to close our accounts here. The Galipolis branch is not too far from us, but 9 - 4 hours on weekdays and no weekend hours lead me to believe they flat out don't want to see people, or be convenient. Been with them for years but I guess the time has come to walk away.
