This store is terrible. I returned several devices and one device was misplaced in the Gallipolis Ohio store.Or was picked up by UPS with no return ticket. I am being charged for a home phone device I returned 2 months ago. I do not have this device. I'm being harassed with emails and messages. I am not paying for this device because the Russell employee misplaced the device. Check the usage . There is none. If I had this device wouldn't it show minutes used on my invoice? Someone needs to get this mistake which is not my fault or my job. Please get my account fixed and remove the home phone device from my account.If something isn't done soon I will be contacting the Attorney Generals office. Very disappointed in this business!I

Had a horrible experience I ordered a tablet online for store pickup was told they had it ready to go for me once I got there. When I arrived I began speaking with Cara to which she rudely said that there was nothing on her end after I had called and made sure! The lady was on some type of drugs she couldn't even make a complete sentence without bouncing from this thought to that thought something needs done about this! I will never ever shop at this store again!

Been a Verizon customer for 25 years in three states, never encountered such a talented and multi- tasker as Kara in the Gallipolis store. Solved my complicated problem while helping other customer at same time. Many thanks Kara. Jim B

Great customer service. I went in to get new phone and watch covers for my devices. Cara installed both. She also looked up my account and let me know that I was getting ripped off. It wasn’t her store. It was a store in California that I got my phones from that were ripping me off. I can say this for sure, Cara, the manager of the store, is honest and will help as best she can. She stuck up for me while trying to get the fraudulent charge off my account. She stayed on the phone for over an hour with Verizon just to help me out. I recommend this store to anybody who has Verizon or needs help with Verizon services.Update: I had to return to this store because Verizon customer service (via 611) was useless. Cara got everything sorted out.It needs to be said; Verizon customer service via 611 is 1 step away from useless. They’ll try to rip you off. All they care about is getting money out of you.Cara will help you out, even if you didn’t start your service at her store.

Great customer service manager is awesome she really goes the extra mile for her customers. The only bad thing I can honestly say is she need more help but other than that I would recommend this store 100%

Good luck catching them open. I have went there 2 different times when they were supposed to be open and they have been closed. I do not recommend. I would rather give 0 stars

Just called, the rep could hardly speak and was NOT the least bit versed in the types of merchandise they sold pertaining to S22 Ultra Screen protectors. Was looking for ZAGG and she had no idea what that was..Verizon tech support told me to call my local Verizon store to get the product and this store doesn't even have a clue.. sorry but I find this customer service lacking and in need of retraining/education on the products that are available for the items THEY SELL.Poor in my review... just stating the facts.. like it or not.

She done a great job. I came in wanting to changes plans and after talking with her upgraded to a better phone and even got a wifi box for my house. She also showed me how to do things on my phone that I didn't even know I could do. Great customer service and will definitely be back.

The place is always clean and the staff are very friendly. Help me with my new phone plan. They tried very hard and was on the phone for over a hour trying to get my old phone number back.
