Amazing that when one woman retires the place goes down hill in a hurry I absolutely dread wasting 20 min usually getting check cashed .oh and don't pay any attention to the lobby hours they open it when they want to

It is really bad that if u have a business and you're a personal member of the bank that you cannot cash a check. The check was a member check also. I had my ID I had stamps for the business on the back of the check. I asked to fill out an account for the business. They seem to make that out to be a hassle. I normally do my banking elsewhere but was in a bind for cash. Rules are rules. The world would end if they got bent in the slightest.Eerrrrr

I went to the wesbanco in gallipolis today to get my payroll check cashed that is through wesbanco and the teller working the window was so rude i will never go back. Ask to speak to manager and she said her manager was on vacation and would not be back for two weeks i will never use this bank again and by the way the teller name was Danielle
