I'd love to give a higher rating, truly, however, the last time I went in to get my hair cut, the individual who did it palmed my head like it was a basketball! All the while she had my head in a vise-like grip, she was jerking my head back and forth and had me worried she was going to snap my head off my neck!
Putting all of that aside, I didn't get the cut I requested either. This particular visit was a very serious disappointment.
What makes it difficult and scary? I found out during my visit today that she's the assistant manager!! ?
God save us, I continue to get my hair done there, but I will be VERY clear about who will and WON'T be cutting my hair and WHY.

My 14 year-old son is aways happy after visiting Great Clips. Michelle and Deion at the Mill Run location are he's go to stylist.

I had a wonderful shampoo and incredible hair cut by Marley (I hope I spelled it right!). I have an interview tomorrow and she just got me all set up with this great cut. I've already had several compliments and I just left an hour ago. Thank you Marley!
