Got my nails done for the first time! Loved how they turned out, but whew... that price felt steep for the type of polish they used—Y’ALL JUDGE 😭 The nail tech was super patient with my indecisiveness (shoutout to them!), and I definitely appreciated that. Might hunt for a more budget-friendly spot next time tho 🤷🏻♂️
DAY 2 - A Chip has appeared on the edge of my index finger, Bubbles also have been more noticeable.

I was told about this nail salon from a friend I went there and found a wonderful nail tech BUT I was charged 3 different totals each time I came to the salon for the same service. I only get a deluxe pedicure with gel polish which should be $73. Per the pricing sheet when you get to the register she tells them in their language to add taxes to the bill I also inquired about a design on my big toes and she wanted to charge $10.for a design this place is a JOKE. I’m a stylist and certified nail tech and I’ve never heard of charging taxes on Services you may pay them for products but not services. So I called them to inquire and explain that taxes are not billed for a Service but for products the Owner became irritated and hung up on me, so I called her back and told her to Apologize to her employee BB that she made her lose a customer due to the UNPROFESSIONAL encounter that I had with the Owner, she clearly doesn’t care about her business or her employees livelihood and keeping customers happy!! There was a way for her to explain to me but she chose to Hang up on me and cause her own employees to lose business and get a negative review! So she must be charging Tariffs on her clients

I had an amazing experience on Saturday afternoon at Crown Nails! I called last minute around 1:30, hoping to get a full set done for a work banquet that evening, and they were kind enough to squeeze me in for a 2:00 appointment. I only waited about 10 minutes before being seated, which was impressive considering the short notice.
I hadn’t been to this location since it was Kay Nails, and I’m so glad I decided to give it a try—it’s officially my new go-to spot! I showed the nail technician a reference photo just once, and she absolutely nailed it—perfect pink ombré acrylics. I’m usually very particular about my nails, especially with shape and symmetry, but I was beyond pleased with the results. No flaws at all—she did an incredible job!
Thank you so much for making my day and helping me feel beautiful again. I’d give the whole experience a solid 5 out of 5. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the conversation during the appointment made the time even more enjoyable. I believe the technician’s name was Ava, though I could be mistaken. Regardless, she was quick, efficient, and meticulous. I’ll definitely be coming back!

didn’t even get my nails done, the put on the tips then the guy left and sat down on his phone. i had an appointment at 4 left at 4:30 because i wasn’t getting what i made an appointment for.

Taking back my 5 star review!
I learned they use illegal MMA for nails! That makes you sick it’s not legal in Ohio! Super disappointed! I loved this shop and the lack of care?? No thanks never coming again! That chemical is eating bacteria!!

My mom asked for a gel manicure and the guy in chair 8 gave her the worst gel manicure it wasn’t even gel just regular polish and left her nails super fragile and flimsy and she still had to pay full price if you do go to crown nails I recommend the girls in chairs 1-6

I picked a color and she literally painted my hand a whole different color and then laughs it off & says it’s okay though right? Like hello no your prices ARE CRAZY HIGH if I’m paying for your service I want the color I picked. Sorry but the place is unprofessional I will never be back!!

I Love Nimo! She always does a great job with my nails. And supports my need for the color-change gel nail polish LOL. She also asks all the right questions to ensure my nails are shaped to my liking and at the correct length.
Cleanliness: The salon is always clean and organized.

Requested style: Was supposed to be a light purple French manaicure. I showed a picture before hand. I ended up with a light pink French manicure. Also got the deluxe package for my feet! I told the technician I wanted my feet to match my finger nails. I thought they did until I got home and realized my toes were tan colored. Mind you I expressed to both techs that I was on my way to Michigan to a wedding and was told the color theme was purple. Overall experience I would give two star I feel everything was extremely over priced. I have never paid the same price for my feet as my finger nails. We spent $270.00 + $40 for tip for two sets full nails and two deluxe packages for feet one of those deluxe packages had color and white tips. Extremely high priced for minimal services. I won't be a returning customer. Also my nail tech had her kids running around the salon witch is were most of her attention was and was on the phone the whole time during my services very unprofessional. I feel the service price should have been half the cost since I only got half services. Also my deluxe foot package came with cuts on and around my toe nails I left with bleeding spots! It's not very pretty to have mismatched finger and toes and scabs on the feet period but especially when your involved in a wedding and wedding pictures. Alot things could have been done differently. I have photos if the manager would like them. Also I'm not posting this for any kind of free services I posted this for next family who's in a hurry to get services before a event this is not were you want to go.
