They are mean, and never listen to you or actually help you. They also are never open when they say they are going to be. It’s the only pharmacy I can use and it’s not a good experience.

Absolutely awful in how they treat people, The Self described “Pharmacy Manager” Carly is disrespectful, very rude, very judgmental and argumentative as she will choose to argue with you instead of finding resolution.. She is without doubt the “Pharmacy Karen” of Galloway Kroger I would highly recommend you choose a different pharmacy before doing business here..

This is the worst kroger pharmacy known to man… it does not take THREE hours to fill an antibiotic… not once, but TWICE this week.
Day of prescribed meds for infections are supposed to be filled as soon as they’re sent to the pharmacy (I understand that other people needs prescriptions too, but antibiotics are a priority) but to tell me it’s going to take HOURS to fill it is absurd, not prioritizing people in the store is also INSANE…. I was a pharmacy tech for years, at a Kroger, and this Kroger pharmacy is not operating the way it is supposed to be. Absurd.

Came here for a vaccine while waiting on some medications. Staff was kind and caring. Very polite and professional! I love this Pharmacy!

Don’t come to this pharmacy if you want to actually leave with your Rx. Staff was very rude and had a bad attitude while they refused to fill my partner’s rescue inhaler and then also refused to transfer his Rx to a different pharmacy that would actually fill it. Save yourself some time and go to a more reputable pharmacy.

Always quick to fill the order and the pharmacists are friendly. If going on an off-peak time, they are quick to pick up. This location can get very busy though, so try to avoid going around the lunch and evening rush.

Cancels refill requests without any notice or explanation. I've called to try and understand why, they put me on hold, and then the call ends with a busy signal. I understand they are probably very understaffed, as the lines are always insane.
Kroger really should address this as it's impacting customer healthcare, and likely isn't a very fun place to work.

Sarah was exceptional to work with this morning regarding a spilled medication for my son. She quickly returned my call and she helped expedite the process and explained the next steps/what I could expect regarding insurance coverage for the medication. This place doesn't deserve 1 star!!!! The employees and Pharmacists that work here think they are better then everyone and thinks it's right to publicly shame people for the type of meds they are on and lie to your face like you are stupid. You people are going to ridicule and disrespect the wrong person one day and God help you when that happens. I am proudly switching pharmacies and grocery stores at this point and will never return to that Hell Hole!
