***Store smells like literal $h1+.**** All the produce looks...dull. and I don't mean dull as in not dipped in Shiny plastic. pineapple that's typically a yellow color is white. Always. The cantaloupe is never ripe but always cut. The watermelon. Just no...no... a 14oz container of strawberries (nonorganic) are being sold for 3$ meanwhile the 16oz (nonorgqnic) ones are 6$...that math isnt mathin(3$ upcharge for about 40 cents more worth of product). The bananas are way oversized. Im 5'7 for example and the bananas are longer than my forearms!!!! 2 years ago this wasnt the case. Its giving they only sell lab grown produce and replace/add the "from another country" stickers (the starbucks located inside this location is also trash. )

The seafood area stuck really bad fresh seafood does not have a smell That you can smell halfway through the store Would never buy their seafood
Cashiers were really nice
But to get something on sale dealing with all these coupons Why does it have to be so unconvenient for customers To get something on sale A customer has to jump through hoops to get something on sale

Employees were beyond rude at this location. Two stockers were too busy flirting with each other instead of doing their job or helping people. Nobody seems to know how to say excuse me, please, thank you etc. Ben ran into my cart with his and didn't say a single word. Young cashier at self service was actually pretty awesome. The old lady at the flowers was sitting down talking to a friend behind the counter instead of helping people. I looked right at the 2 of them to see if they were done so I could get help, but not a word was said to me.

I wish this wasn't the closest grocery store to my house.

Galloway store too often has a long line at self checkout and no other registers open. Used to do all of our shopping here but now just drive to Meijer. Meijer has better quality meat and overall lower prices.

The Starbucks shop needs some serious management oversight. Every single time I come here customer service is extremely poor. This week , one young woman with a floral head scarf on and a thermometer for an illegible name tag is particularly in need of additional training. She’s there to amuse herself with everyone her age; she’s way too casual. She doesn’t multitask. She lets other employees behind the counter and in front hang on the counter, engaging them in silly laughter and crude conversations among themselves instead of focusing on the task at hand. I’m all for being jovial, but get the job done first. If it wasn’t for the other gal working, who too lacks customer service skills, I would still be in there waiting for my drink. Enough already. Get this taken care of Kroger.

I really liked the supermarket. Variety and good prices. They don't sell as much junk food as Walmart.

Has gone hill dramatically. Good for quick shopping but do not recommend for big shopping trips.

The damned locking wheels on the carts! You can't walk in and find a cart without the wheels locked, and when you do, the wheels will lock when you leave the door. With a full basket of groceries and a case of water. Stupid idea.

I've gone to this kroger my whole childhood and never had an issue until today. I wanted to try the hot combos of wings they can make, there was a sign that that said the Deli was closed so I asked Kathy if it applied to that service too. The negative attitude started with how she asked to speak louder for her to hear, and continued throughout the ordering process. Another customer came up in the middle of this and Kathy had all smiles for them. I don't know what was different as a customer about me to Kathy compar3d to the other.
