very cool...competent... and friendly people there esp Jacob is very friendly guy and the female Mgr very competent folks....my only complaint is why USbank closed 3 offices in the city now I have to drive an hour round trip to do simple bank deposits....C'mon USBank...you can afford to open atleast one bank in the city....its the only bank between downtown columbus and Galloway....thats like 20 miles..!~!@

Really bad experience here. I went yesterday to do a deposit, I understand it was time to close it was right 5:00 pm they were taking care of other 2 people, how hard it could be helping JUST ONE MORE?? Unfortunately because of my schedule I can’t go earlier but I asked the lady to please do my deposit and she didn’t. For sure I won’t be back she just give a reason to change to different bank .

In my 10+ years of using US Bank I've never been to a branch that operates as slow as this one. Just wow... dreadfully slow. Every staff member was moving around like they had gotten 2 hours of sleep. Hire more staff or train your bankers to operate more efficiently and quickly. Standing for 35 minutes when there's only 2 people in line.

This store branch is horrible. Always understaffed, or a huge wait, and only one employee helps customers, while the others tend to busywork and try to avoid eye contact with the ever building line. Skip this one find a different bank or branch.

I asked for change for a 50 dollar bill. The guy at the desk told me he couldn't give me change because I'm not a US Bank customer. In case you're wondering Huntington Bank will make change for you. In fact, I've never had a bank tell me I had to be a customer of theirs to break a larger dollar bill.
