The old skinny white lady with the fading blue dye in her hair came off INCREDIBLY racist to this poor couple that was Spanish speaking and struggling to understand her. She was being so disrespectful to them and being very aggressive, and to make matters worse there was a racist customer in the building practically egging on the worker. I walked out because I would have never trusted her with my packages, what an embarrassment to our postal system and after reading other reviews it sounds like she is rude to everyone who isn’t white. If English is your second language, I would avoid this post office because it does NOT seem like you will receive the help you need.

It’s fine, never had a bad experience, but make sure you know before you go- they are NOT open until 2pm on Saturdays like it says on google. Got there at 1:40 and they were closed.

I deal with a lot of reselling items online & this is usually my go to post office since it’s right by my house. I have never really had a bad experience here, the staff is always kind and attentive towards me, I have also never had my items lost or anything, things arrive in a timely manner. Will continue coming here.

Don't send anything of value through this post office. It has a way of disappearing. As do renewed credit and debit cards. I have had to have more than one replaced.

The people who work here are incredibly rude. I don't understand why they take out their anger on customers nearly every day. I definitely avoid this place if I'm in a good mood because I won't leave feeling that way. I get yelled at often at that place but today it was because I didn't know where to go. Apparently I walked into an area with a pit bull. I didn't realize I need to watch out for a pit bull at the post office. Since when is that a thing? They also lost my mail recently and that still hasn't been resolved. I had to pay out of pocket to order new products and then ship with UPS because I wasn't about to take that chance again.

usps is the only place they'll pay you to be incompetent at your job. I pay for certified mail, it cost me $25 every time I have to resend letters I've had to resend letters 4 times since December every time this place fails to deliver it. I bet they wont reimburse me the $75+ dollars they've wasted of my money

Unbelievable, worst customer experience! They want me to buy a tape and scissor so I can cut my label and put on the package! I ask if I can barrow it form them and she said no they don’t do that for us ** People ** I wonder what they mean ??♂️! I never give reviews but this time I was very shocked by this poor customer service. I respect USPS but they need to check on this location’s ASAP

worse experience ever!!!!!! the guy that works there must really hate him job. I showed up for my passport appointment, after a month. I asked the guy if this was the right line to wait. He was so rude and told me to get in line, so i went back in line waited for 30 more mins, when it was my turn the guy working their said passport app are cancelled and walked away. didn't even let me talk and he was awfully rude. Didn't even offered to make another appointment or apologized for the inconvenience.

I used to love this post office. Now it is a shame. This is the third time they have canceled our passport appt for our child. Both parents had to take off work each time and they only call an hour before to cancel. Now we may not get it in time and cannot take anymore time off work.

Had an appointment to get my passport done show up for my appointment time and told " the passport person didn't come today" they never informed me that my appointment wasn't going to be honored there are no other appointments available during times I am available. I took off work for this appointment so now I've lost money along with trying to get an appointment on time before my trip so I'm going to end up having to pay the extra fee to get it expedited since you have to order a passport 10 weeks in advance. Trying to find another appointment that I will be available for but I'm going to have to take off work again for the next appointment and what if this person doesn't show up for work again... didn't realize getting a passport would be this difficult

Went here for a passport application during rush hour. The other clerk must have been at lunch because the lobby was packed. The woman (23) that helped us was prompt, professional, efficient and pleasant. Thank you!

The staff here always seem high or lobotomized: Slow, inattentive, tired and grouchy. I drive out of my way to avoid this location as I always regret when I come here.

The women that’s always working at the front desk is very rude & I don’t understand how she still has a job very rude as if she hates being there we’ll go work somewhere to we’re you don’t have to deal with people I was so upset after leaving out of there yesterday I could have cried she was just plain out disrespectful.I didn’t even want to give 1 star but I had no option
