So my gf and I decided to go and get a pedi together. So she called ahead to see if we needed to make an appointment or not. And they said no, that they accept walk ins. So we went and the lady at the front asked the man who worked there if they had time to get us in. Remind you it was 12:30 in the afternoon. The man said no. They said that we should have made an appointment. My gf said well I called you and you said that we didn’t need an appointment. Then they said well you must have called the Groveport store. And we said no we called your number and showed them on the phone. So bottom line, Venus nails just lost around $175 and any future visits from us. I am a disabled veteran with neuropathy in my feet and a pedi feels so amazing but I’ll never support a business that lies to your face and puts the blame on the customer. So needless to say we nicely told them that we’d never be back and left. We went to Grove City and found a much more accepting group of ladies and a gentleman who enjoyed our humor and conversation and well as our business. Bottom line Venus treat people fairly because you never know who those people are and someday you may depend on them! I would never recommend them! They are very rude!

Today was my fifth trip to this Galloway location. The owner Tom was usually my nail tech. He is so personable. It has always been a wonderful moment of self care getting my nails done. Tom was unavailable today but their salon still fit me in. Lucy did my nails today. She had such a great eye for detail. She freehand painted my French Tips. I love them and she was so friendly and professional. After doing my nails she even gave me a mini hand massage. So pleased with this service.

They filed the top of my nail too aggressively and damaged them. Even though I had no gel on beforehand. Now I get bubbles anytime I do my nails with regular polish. Some of the girls are good but I will no go back.

I go in with my 87 year old mother. They are so gentle with her and respectful. They do mine too. We love them. The nails are so pretty. I highly recommend this salon.

I’ve tried multiple services at this location because it’s a convenient location and although I’ve never had to wait long to get in, the service never lasts. On this last occasion, my gel toes and nails were already peeling the day I left the salon. She also filed the tips of my nails after she had finished. Not sure if that caused it or if it’s a technique issue but I’m done wasting my money there.

It is not a quality job, they serve you in a hurry, they only want to do the most expensive jobs. Don't waste your money or your time.

I got a pedicure and my service felt rushed. My feet looked the exact same as I left and my nail polished didn’t even last after waiting over 30 mins for it to dry. This is how I looked leaving the salon. Not worth $50.

I made an appt for 6:15 only for nail removal, I arrived at 6:20 and they were closed. I communicated on the phone I would arrive slightly late, she accepted this and also got my phone number. Just bad customer service.

Love this place! Received a same day appointment and they did a beautiful job. I hadn’t had a pedicure all winter. That didn’t matter- they were soft as kitten paws when she finished. Fingers and toes painted perfectly. Definitely recommend!
