We talked, let him know what we were looking for and within minutes we were test driving vehicle #1. Things were smooth, numbers were ran and less than 2-3hrs we were out the door with a new vehicle. “Timely and efficient service, knowledgeable with a great selection. They had a Bobcat zero turn mower battery stocked and available for local pickup. This is a battery that wasn't in store at Tractor Supply, Rural King, or Lowe's. Those retail stores either didn't offer at all or would have to order.”

“I was out of town on a road trip. My wiper blade tore on the way. This was the second store I stopped at for a replacement blade. Josh was Super Helpful! They had the wiper blade I needed for my 2008 Hyundai. The price was on the high side but not having to shop around again was worth it. (The first blade I purchased was supposed to fit but did not. I will be returning that one.) Josh even put it on for me before I paid to make sure it was the right one for my car. Two thumbs up for Josh, a prime example of excellent customer service.”

“Visiting central Ohio for a music festival, came all the way from Boston, MA. Our ambient temperature sensor went bad and we had no air conditioning in the truck. Stopped by this dealership to ask some questions, they offered to fix it. Got us right in (went out of the way to do so because we were from out of town). Replaced and recalibrated the sensor and charged us $26. The staff was friendly and so very helpful when they could've told us they didn't have time for us. Just lovely, lovely people. Thank you, you guys really saved our weekend. An 11 hour drive home with no a/c would've been awful.”

“I highly recommend Engle Sales. Got a new A.R.E. cap. Had trouble with the side window leaking. They found it had been assembled incorrectly and worked very hard getting replacement parts and testing it thoroughly and now no leaks!”
