Nothing kills a business faster than a bad employee. This store representative was rude and hang up the phone while I was trying to explain her the issue I’m having. I called back and guess what she didn’t answer the phone.

This place is constantly closed and now I have to drive out of my way to another location, as I'm writing this I'm literally at the door it's locked so I call and ask when there open and she says 7pm we'll why is the door locked guess there paying people to sit in the back room I HATE AT&T new provider soon

The store associate named Shay was very polite helpful and she knew what she was doing so we weren't there for a very long time which is good she answered all our questions and like I said before she was very helpful

Walked in 2 different times instead of calling up there customer service or trying to help with the problem they just told me to go do it myself. Also with the wait time of people being on break or not in the store one times I have come up here I would say your better off not going in and just calling the online provider. To me its a place with people doing bare minimum collecting paychecks and that about it. I am glad to be changing Service Providers

Lewis was very attentive and knowledgeable. He helped me with everything and knew exactly what to do from the moment I walked in. Just went in for a new SIM card and left with new AirPods and the newest Apple Watch with was an upgrade from my old devices lol thanks again I will be back soon.
