I’m an advocate of the person that Stacy kicked out of the store today. Basically telling a disabled person that their service animal is not a service animal when they have tasks that they do perform that’s not OK. No he’s not technically a service animal by ada law however, he is a Emotional support animal under what the laws claim he would be. This animal doesn’t cause any problems for anybody he’s quiet and he stays with his dad. If his dad‘s blood sugar drops, that’s when he gets on task he brings his dad medication for both heart issues and blood sugar issues. Either way, the way that the situation was dealt with was completely wrong. The store manager named Stacy refused to give the information that he needed so that he could have her at least talk to a reprimanded for the way that she spoke to him. He was concerned for the way that she also looked at his friend because he knows that she’s a bully. And his friend has to work with her when she’s on the clock sometimes. She bullied him while he was in the store by publicly making a scene and trying to embarrass him when he’s never had a problem with any employee in the store before about his service animal… i’m so grateful that my family members are disabled. Don’t have to step foot in the store and deal with Stacy‘s abuse. I will never have good ratings for the store. And my family members that are not disabled are going to pull their prescriptions and never step foot in the store again. I hope Stacy is happy. When people deal with things in this manner, they lose not only customers they lose employees as well because those employees eventually get tired of being abused.

I’m just an innocent passerby. But I just watched this person named Stacy verbally get nasty with somebody that I’ve seen in the store with their service animal before about how their service animals is not a real service animal and how he’s not allowed to have his animal in the store with him.. She was loud enough to make a scene, trying to get everyone’s attention in the store and publicly embarrass this poor customer. When she was asked for the district managers name, she refused to give it as well as her last name. I have been coming to the CVS for years. I’m not gonna be stepping foot in here again. I don’t like how they treat disabled people. I’ve seen them treat other disabled people poorly as well. Very specifically this Stacy person. I’ve even seen her get nasty with a store employee, who I’ve known for years, over an innocent question that the person asked. If this is the person that’s going to manage the store I’m gonna make sure my whole family is gonna pull all the prescriptions out of here as well as never step foot in here again. Obviously the Stacy person has a problem with disabled people. Something needs to be done about her. I’ve got 30+ family members that will no longer be coming to your store after this and we will be pulling our prescriptions. You have a good day.

Often very short with me when I call. I understand they are busy in the pharmacy but sometimes I feel belittled. The pharmacists are great. Always helpful. Often they can solve an issue when the tech tells me absolutely not. Many of the techs need to work on their customer service and professionalism skills.

I asked the pharmacist one question and she didn’t give me enough time to ask her another one. She cut me off and told me to have a good night. I was calling about the medication Truity I would never call there again and I will never go there.

Sadly this CVS pharmacy planning and scheduling is questionable. We scheduled for the vaccine twice and both times couldn't get it. First time was on Nov 25th and they claim they had a power outage and vaccine weren't good anymore. Fair enough, got another appointment for Dec 3rd and then they said they ran out. Both times they contacted us when it's 30 minutes before. Why they even allow us to schedule? Come on guys, have better planning.

I love that they had affordable period panties. Affordable in the sense that they are cheaper at this CVS than the Thinx period panties website. The choice of supplements was also impressive.

The old guy in the morning, Michael, is rude and condescending. Don't shop here. Ever.
