I had the worst customer service experience when the cashier decided go use the bathroom and I guess the so called person in charge covered him. This lady was absolutely rude. I tried to use my coupons and asked to look if the coupons went thru and she said she didn't know and that it should show on my screen. I asked to let me enter the phone number, and she didn't help with that either. Why show up to work if no quality customer service is going to be offered?

Hands down the worst Dollar Store ive seen, its at the corner of my street and its so bad that il literally drive all the way to Parma instead of going there..
The reason is due to their staff being unreliable and very unfriendly, store is closed and opened and shutdown for breaks at whatever time staff desires, so you might pull into a closed store at any given time of day..
If there is a manager you can tell they are an absolute Democratic slob by the way they let this store fly.

They don’t know the work hours. Store is NEVER open on time. Opens @8 works show up @8:30, store opening @9!

I don’t know if the city of Garfield or the corporate office of DG but this has to Stop the cashier forgot to put my items on my bag I go to work get off only for the store to be closed 4 hours early no sign on the door nothing this store is always empty never opens or closed at the correct hours listed please just close this place down!

I came here to purchase some things but instead I found a sign on the door stating 30 mins closed, I'm thinking 30mins from when. Finally an inept employee comes to the door stating she's the only one here and she has to put up some stock then preceeded to tell me I can come fill out an application and come help her. Wth?!

Arrived at the store at 8:05am. The store employees & manager got there at 8:20. The store open time is 8am. I asked the manager as she was walking in “what time do you think y’all will open?” She/he (can’t tell if it’s a boy or girl) aggressively said with an attitude “ WE JUST GOT HERE WE NEED TIME TO OPEN”. So once they did open at 8:50 she still had an attitude. She wanted to argue with me so bad cause I put a heavy case of water on the counter. She called me out my name multiple times & when I asked the other employee what’s her name she didn’t want to tell me. That he/she should not be a manager. She is very rude & unprofessional. She says she make 15/hr as a manager lmao. I really believe that’s why she is mad.

They are NEVER open, during business hours, when I attempt to patronize this establishment. It is such an inconvenience because it is right around the corner from my home. I give up. I’m not even going to try to shop here anymore.

This location is horrible. Employees are talking on the phone when ringing you up and don't even acknowledge you. The employees steal products all the time just as much as customers do. They are never open when there supposed to be idk how the employees pay their bills working 5 hours a day. The employees are going to make this place go out of business but then probably will complain when they have no job.it's sad when businesses in the area close and you have to go to different citys just to shop instead of in our own community.
