I opened up a checking account a couple of months ago! Denise Marisa was very nice and professional! But at the same time made me feel like I’ve been banking there for years!

Their manager was completely unhelpful. Was trying to help an elderly family member get an online account setup so their bills could be handled while they were in a nursing home for recovery. I brought in all the necessary paperwork (POA documents, statements, account info) but they were unwilling to assist without my relative physically being there. They insisted nothing could be done.So now I’m left needing to get my relative discharged from a nursing home IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC, to put their health at risk, just because 5/3 is unwilling to make any exceptions to their outdated rules. Outrageous.I sincerely hope my relative doesn’t contract Covid, or you can bet 5/3 corporate will hear from me.

Went in at opening for negative balance. They charged me an overdraft fee 3 hours after I added funds, even though I covered it and they said I was fine. Then kept charging me every day until I had a -$340 balance. Lost my business indefinitely and I'm considering a lawsuit.

Best internal Staff I have ever had at a bank. These ladies make my day every time I come in. They greet me by name, they know what I am there for. They are all ROCK STARS! Shout out to Doris, Char, Mary, and Wendy!

Branch is located at the end of Vista Way. Usually not very crowded and the staff is friendly and professional.

They won't make change unless you have an account with them. I never heard of a bank that does that until now. I was only attempting to make change for $100, nothing huge.
