We had some problems initially with communication between Lincare and our ordering physician but Crystal patiently helped us through that. Victoria (Tori) provided an excellent introduction to the CPAP machine.

The customer service is always friendly and remember me soon as I call and the drivers pleasant to talk to and ask if there's anything else I need before they leave and if I ever have an issue with my equipment they arrive in a timely manner to repair or replace.

This is an awful company. They treat people so rudely and with such disrespect. They messed up our order not once but three times. The second person I talked to needs a complete lesson in client care and services. You don’t keep telling your client that it isn’t your fault. You don’t tell a client repeatedly what you can’t do. You should focus on empathy and taking care of your clients and letting them know what you can do. This company is so awful it infuriates me. I am beside myself. I lost my cool when I expressed our concerns and problems and the response I got was “What do you want me to do about it!?” Seriously? Yes, mistakes were made, but stop covering them up and become accountable. You are the face, the voice, the actions of Lincare. What one employee does or doesn’t do, affects every employee as well as the company, you do not get to use them as a scape-goat. You apologize, empathize, and reassure your client that this is not the quality of care that Lincare stands for. You make sure to address this with management and place notes in client accounts. You don’t let a client walk away feeling like they don’t matter and you can just treat them any way you want to. And I would understand if it was just one employee there that is a problem, but it is not. It literally is most of them. Do yourselves a favor and do not use this company. Find a company that is willing to not just work with you but respect you.

This place useless as relates to being a CPAP supplier. Staff is rude and unwilling to make any effort to accommodate you as their customer. I wanted headgear monthly instead if every 6 months, was told insurance wouldn't allow so I verified thru insurance they would. After a 3 way call with lincare and insurance it was determined loncare would only need to send ins a request for the monthly frequency, lincare said they "couldnt" send a request because they needed approval first. How in the he'll would they get approval if they never request it. Amongst the numerous calls to lincare trying to resolve this, I was at one point told by their rep, "I am not going to repeat myself 15000 times". REALLY? This is how Customer Service is defined? I had enough of them after that was said to me, and returned the cpap machine to them and arranged the purchase of the machine though a new supplier. I wouldn't recommend this place if it were the only Cpap supplier left in the world. Spare yourself some misery and take your business elsewhere. I could also gonin depth on how they double charge insurance and how they send me the wrong replacement cushion not once, but twice, but I will save u time as I am sure you get the point.

Very incompetent staff. Have been trying to replace my 8 year old CPAP machine because of issues with the motor. Numerous calls between my Doctor’s office and this facility, fax after fax sent with requested information and still the issue has not been resolved.
This has been going on since March 2024. It’s now July !

Worst medical company ever!!! I work for a doctors office and the company is horrid!!! Claim they never receive faxes, never call patients for supplies, customer service there is the worst and takes months for patients to get cpap supplies,, highly recommend not using this company if you’re a patient or a doctors office!!!

I'm so glad I'm done with this lincare company. I had so many problems with them! Supplies came months after ordering. Orders got lost. They don't have any idea what is going on!

Terrible customer service, requires collection of personal data to send to insurance, and will not assist in any way in returning the cpap machine to lead the customer into paying more "monthly charges".Do. Not. Use. Lincare.

One of the few that when you call, you can speak to a human (and understand their speech) without the frustration of most businesses these days. If a representative comes to your home, they are competent & respectful - I appreciate that.
