Well I guess I don't really need to get into my issues with Lincare, because it looks like everyone is pretty much on the same page with this company. If you can I would strongly suggest getting your medical needs products from a different provider and saving yourself from the headaches. When it comes to your personal health, you need to work with a company that truly has your best interest at heart. And unfortunately for Lincare, that is not the case.

The experience with my rep who is Ms. Lee at Lincare was exceptional she handled everything in such a professional way my Rollator was ordered and delivered on the day stated by Ms Lee.The delivery driver took time to explain every aspect of the Rollator it was so rewarding my experience. I Thank them for being a part of my new quality of life. Thank you

My doctor instructed me to try on 5 or 6 masks before picking one, but this company would not allow me to try on ANY. I had to choose one based on the description. They also did not have in stock the type of mask my doctor had recommended to me. The people who worked there were nice, but I was very annoyed at the policy of not having sample masks to try on and them having a very limited selection.

This is a horrible company to work for and even worst for patient suppliers. The RT’s purposely give partial equipment for a increase in price for a new equipment, which most insurance don’t pay for. This causes the patients unable to receive supplies for the malfunctioning equipment. The customer service staff is never available or able to provide information for release of medical records and have no clue how to get this accomplished.The sales rep have a special relationship with the providers (Dr’s) and they send over prescriptions for patients with sale reps without any medical records (buddy system). The prescription provided are hardly ever fulfilled because each referral pays out to sales reps after potential patients are serviced. Sale reps use prescriptions as order for a place holder to save their position of potential sales to be able. When no sale can be made with records, so medical records are loss often in attempts to gather information for the actual sale while patients wait for services records to keep the number of orders filled whether the patient is serviced or not.Don’t bother telling the compliance Dept manager or corporation they are owned by Medicare and will not look into their own mishandling of services. It’s clear from patients reviews and employees reviews across the US for lincare companies. Nothing will ever be done for the cpap and oxygen services in the areas across the worldwide US as you can see they are one of the top companies for contracted oxygen and cpap center. How can that be by reading the reviews and the feedback? It not a mystery.The Office manager and regional manager and are friends. The office is filled with the office managers ex husband friends and they are treated with special treatment. The office manager allows “the boys” to get away with anything. I spent most my days doing her reports alone she had been behind on for over six months. Then I was told I didn’t know how to do reports and the boys were doing everything correct(untrue). The office manager force appt that were not ready with documentation for numbers only. I was told I was wrong for telling the office to stop getting patients in without fully gathering documentation.I was told that RT can give partial equipment, although most calls were for misfitting. The phone stayed ringing for misfitting and no one answered. Or the patients was told to return to refit although they would be given partial equipment again in an effort to make patients purchase higher price mask equipment. A terrible employer and provider. They don’t return mileage or pay bonuses once you get “their” job completed. They regional manager lies to get in you and send every location to Garfield to correct documentation. If you are good at your job. They will not release records because it shows their negligence.The regional manager at point told me he needed a new roof on his home. (A disregard for patient services). The office manager and regional manager allowed people to attend work and different location while Covid positive. When asked about the conflict of interest of the ex husband wife working together. I was told lincare is a family company. The ex husband and ex wife left the office (both managers) to take the ex wife to the hospital for positive Covid testing. The office remained unmanaged while “the family” sorted through things.The ex husband a delivery driver was given a manager position. While others that had more experience than one year of delivery driving were look over in effort to keep “the family secrets” After telling the office manger the team needed training. She place every one in training, but I and I ran the office alone l. While she went out for sales and I did reports. Although she was over six months behinds in patient report she had time to go out with the sales rep for more of what she couldn’t get done.The office staff of family drive Range Rovers, fully equipped Ram truck Mustangs etc 2/3 cars apiece very expensive cars not to be able to perform most services in question. This place sucks!

Terrible service. The day I got my CPAP they didn’t have the headgear or mask and I waited weeks before I could get the supplies and use the machine. Then they shipped the wrong supplies and blamed me and my Dr. rather than taking responsibility for their incompetence.

I have to get my sleep apnea machine from them and I need a mask to sleep on my side and I tried many times to get through and when I finally got through they said it was too late they shipped out my next set and that they will send out the mask I would need to sleep on my side and package arrived yesterday and same mask and equipment as before. This company is a joke, they were very disrespectful when I talked to them back in February, didn’t send me what they said they would and it’s frustrating because I need the sleep apnea machine and they not giving me the right equipment I need to have it work for me. Patients and customers please beware this company is a scam and I don’t want to see what happened to me happen to some else. I will be reporting to the BBB also.

Class for CPAP machine usage is good. Hard time getting messages through though. I really don't see any Healthcare company with a high rating.

Worst place, even met the so called manager Miranda, who has ZERO concern or empathy to assist patients. If they want to be in such a business maybe go do something else where you sit in back office. Ridiculously complicated process and paper pushers. No genuine approach to help. O my god, go wherever else infact MSC medical supplies is a much better local company to work with. Got my machine in less than 24hrs.

The drivers are nice the one I met he was great but the office is a bit unreliable for weeks now my brother has had to pick up his own air from the day the seen I would drive to make sure he don't suffer without his air they stopped adding him to their list for drop off on Fridays they wait today he calls they once more tell him you'll have to wait him waiting means he is in er they don't care Its not their lungs suffering they keep adding to their list of clients and making thier older suffer lack of compassion on their part then the lady tells him today well can't your sister once more drove to come get it sure I will but yall are getting paid to bring it your making his medical pay for driving fees and you people are not bring it to him once in a month and half has they brought him his air I've gone every week they really did just say well can't ypur sister come that tells me right there they stopped adding him to the list assuming I'd go get it for him I will of course but the are fired after this..... that's rude mean and not their place to ask us to pick up they shouldn't take on more and more if you can't handle what clients you have now

Getting started is excellent...but once u r n the CPAP class the teacher has a very hard accent and speaks to fast to understand. After u get ur machine good luck on getting help. Answering and trying to talk to someone on phone is impossible. U have no choice but to go to place sit and wait to talk to someone
