I come to this store three times a week. The Manager Bill, is always working, stocking, arranging items, and servicing customers. He is always ready to stop and help a customer find what they are looking for. Great customer service skills, and goes out of his way to give every shopper a great experience. What I like and respect most about Bill and his store, is, during these difficult times, when prices are going up, Bill still finds a way to give the customers great deals. I've included photos to show some of the deals. Thank you to Marcs and to Bill, for helping us find affordable foods during these trying times.

It's been a while since I've been in here. But I have no complaints with our visit to the store. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Good prices, but needs more cashiers. (Only 3 of 6 available self checks open) The store could use a reorganization. Zero signage. Shouldn't be that hard to find a steak IMO. Literally had to ask where to exit the store. Just so cluttered!

Everytime I come in here to grocery shop and I use self check out they treat me like I’m gonna just rob the place
U have security at the door which is great for everyone including myself it’s cameras everyone and everyone is not a thief but can I get my food pay for it bag it up and leave without someone standing over my shoulder like I did something wrong by choosing a pay out option the store provided for me

I bought cheese the other day. It ended up being dried out. The cheese did look more yellow than usual, all the cheese looked similar. When I opened it you could definitely see the edges were hard. I returned it. No problem. My friend reminded me how a few weeks ago, the refrigerated stand was out of order at Marc’s in Garfield Heights. I bet a lot of goods sat unrefrigerated, and that’s why they all looked so yellow. If the manager reads this please double check your goods because it appears that everything in that section should not be sold to the public.
