We had a horrible experience with Matrix, the accountant failed us at multiple levels. He was pushy about the financial services, he failed to listen to us while initiating our returns and little did we know until we filed an amended return he made a 3000 dollar error in our 2022 filing. Stay away from this place!

My family and I have been using Matrix 3 for our taxes for over 15 years now. Steve, Linda, and Jennifer are simply the best! Not only are they super friendly and kind, but they are all knowledgeable on every new tax rule that comes up.Great prices, and great people!

We have received wonderful service from Linda and Matrix III for over 7 years. Linda has been professional, reliable, and very responsive to any questions. There is a quick turn around on preparation and filing. We have been completely satisfied and will continue to use Matrix III for our tax preparation in the years to come.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. The tax person was thorough and efficient. They take their time with you, unlike the bigger companies. I would highly recommend this tax service.
