He is always ready to stop and help a customer find what they are looking for. Great customer service skills, and goes out of his way to give every shopper a great experience. What I like and respect most about Bill and his store, is, during these difficult times, when prices are going up, Bill still finds a way to give the customers great deals. “Visiting from out of state and needed Rx refill. The pharmacy was great. No issues transferring my Rx and it was ready quickly. For pickup I normally use the app barcode, but this pharmacy had a screen to enter my Rx info. Usability was fine. However, the store didn't seem very well-stocked. My usual brands of facial soap and lotion were low or absent, and much of the stock is locked away. I'm seeing this more frequently in CVS.”
