“Love this store...I first went to the one in Willoughby years ago. I heard they closed this one due to lack of residual families living downtown. Unfortunately, my fiance and I stayed in apartment downtown and we were not so welcome where we lived; as they catered to college students, so sadly we left.”

“Unexpected gem on the Cleveland Clinic campus. If you are someone that loves a fun grocery store on vacation this is your spot. International groceries galore. The adjacent restaurant had wonderful food and was fast. The dinning area was bright and beautiful. Definitely skip the chain burger places and give this a try.”

“We love the prices, quality, and convenience. They have most of the basic groceries - produce, breads, dairy, meats, seafood, canned goods, beer & wine, and more - at lower prices than the other stores. They also have several sections of specialty items - housewares, toys, clothing, etc. - that changes regularly. You never know what you might find. Bring a quarter to unlock the shopping cart (you'll get it back) and bring your own bags. The employees are friendly and helpful. It isn't a superstore, so there are a few items you won't find there - that's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. But for the money, you're better off getting most of what's on your list at Aldi's.”

I have met some new workers who go out there way to make you smile. They even donated last year with us feeding the homeless. I thank you guys for that. “Amazing deals on day old doughnuts, which is a great find for little ones a sweet treat. On Friday at 7pm the deli, hot bar and salad bar, Western Union was closed. For a Friday I felt the store closed early. The store was clean just a bit sparse in some places. No shortage of Alcohol and beers. I shop the perimeter of grocery stores for the most part and I found what I was looking for mostly. I got through the line quickly despite it only being 2 cashiers open. I would go again, much earlier.”

If I want to do all that extra work as a senior citizen, to checkout my own groceries,,,I might as well just shop online and do pickup at Walmart. I am not your employee, this is not how to keep customers happy,”

“Vanessa at the register was outstanding. When she learned that I couldn’t find garlic stuffed olives at the end cap display, she rang me out with my main order then quickly ran over to the aisle where the other olives were and grabbed a jar for me. She then rang the jar up. No one was in line behind me.
But, as I was bagging my groceries, Vanessa began ringing out a lady who mentioned that she couldn’t find a certain type of cheesecake. Well, wouldn’t you know it, but Vanessa ran over to the cheesecake area and confirmed that ALDI was sold out.
Vanessa is a great ambassador for the ALDI brand, and I hope she gets recognized. Kudos to Vanessa!”

One complaint my friend and I both had was the price tags, many things weren't marked as all, and several other tags were misplaced under different items than the tags were priced for. When my friend approached a nearby employee and asked about a price for an item that this particular employee had just gotten done stocking. She just kept saying "it's right there. It's right there" and pointed in the general direction of the iiem he had asked about. This particular item was in the cooler, he finally found the marker... the tag was on the floor inside the cooler half under the rack”
“Next to Park to shop this is my favorite Asian market. Theh have pretty much everything you need for preparing Asian cuisine. Live fish is also sold here. Along with snacks and fresh fruit and veggies. Parking is very limited.”

“Just want to give a shout out to Kyle in the dairy department and another worker Stan. I was looking for something specific and the shelf for that product was empty. Stan (who doesn't work in dairy) kindly helped but couldn't find it. That's when Kyle stepped in, went in the back and found the item for me. I was ever so grateful for them guys.”

“I love this Aldi they have a good selection most of the time. The staff I can’t say much about but they are always busy and they do a good job managing the store. The lines are usually a bit long but I don’t blame the employees because they are really fast. The quarter system is smart. They have a good variety of chips even though most are the store brand. This is definitely by far the cheapest grocery store.”
“I love this place! It's one of the new larger Aldi's. I want to say it's about 40% larger than the regular size of the Aldi's stores in the US. As soon as you go in, on the right, it has ready to bake pizza and cooked meals at a good price. I've tried the chicken breast stuffed with broccoli in cream sauce, Thai chicken in coconut sauce, chicken fajitas, pulled pork, Korean chicken. A lot of different stuff. If you don't have meals prepped it's a great place to stop on the way to work and it's a healthier option than a lot of fast food places. The selection of products in general is pretty good. Name brands along with Aldi's generic brand stuff and an "Aldi's Finds" section that is an interesting ever-changing area that I enjoy checking out whenever I go. It is an Aldi's, so they don't give you bags or bag your stuff and most of the time there are only two check out isles at most, but they are very quick. Bring a quarter if you want a cart. Quite a bit of the time someone will have a cart they'll just give you, but you can't count on that. They do sell bags in the store that are reusable. I've purchased 10 of them for 6 bucks, and I've used them probably five times and they show no wear and tear. You can put quite a bit of weight in them, but you don't want to stack them so that they are pushed out wide. If you do that then they can rip at the handle when you pick it up. They are cheap to replace but no one wants their groceries to spill everywhere, so it's best to err on the side of caution and just use extra bags. I don't know what the bathroom situation is so I can't comment on that. There's quite a bit of parking but it is a little bit of a twist when you pull in or leave sometimes. There's a couple ways you can drive in or out. There's a nice (and popular) bar and restaurant (Brew Wall & Antonios Pizza) that opened up next door. So while it's a pretty well designed parking area for traffic access, it's a little bit congested at peak times because as soon as you pull in it opens up to a variety of directions, and it's not a long driveway from the road. So you kind of have to nose your way into a line/blob of cars occasionally. There is a stoplight there to help keep things from getting out of hand. It's awesome if you go at non-peak times though, and there is a second driveway that winds around to the big parking lot a little bit further down if you want to avoid a peak-time line/blob. That driveway doesn't have a stoplight, but there is usually very little traffic there. Overall, I highly recommend it as a convenient low-cost grocery store for your basic needs and then some!”

“Good local food store in the middle of a food desert, that you wouldn't expect. I'm disabled so walking up north of Madison to family dollar is a pain, and I have a medical condition that prevents me from eating gluten. So my main grocery store is Aldis once a month, but when I need day to day items walking that far is strenuous and exhausting for me. I'm so grateful to have a local grocery store with cheap unexpired items. Even some household goods. It's like any five and dime or discount and dent store you'd find in the country, so I'm very grateful that this is here and whoever runs it seems aware of the needs of the community.”
“Once I thought just another inner city grocery store, but they do lottery, pay bills, cash checks, and money orders. They also sell a variety of things from purses to shoe's, appliances for both kitchen and bathroom. The butchers aren't there everyday, but are excellent, willing to supply fresh meat, if not pleased with out front. The best deal is a 10 lb bag of wings for $15, if you don't believe of the savings, try finding that anywhere. Lastly the cashier's have you leaving the store with a smile.”

“The manager on this morning was very polite, hard worker, had a very clean store. I examined there vegetables and determined that they are in better shape than Marc's. They have a nice selection of items in the store. All items are priced less than other stores. So if you want to save money, Aldi's is the place to go for savings”
