I inquired with them about a used vehicle. It ended up not being in my price range, but Dan was super helpful trying to get me into a vehicle, and pointed me in the right direction of what steps to take next to help build up my credit, and secure a vehicle in the future faster. He could have just sent me on my way and said good luck, but he went out of his way to do his best to help me out and make this process feel less stressful. So even though I didn’t get a vehicle here, the people that work at/own the place are some incredible and nice people! Highly recommend them!

Solid Rock made it an easy process buying a truck , Me and Dan communicated through the week to figure out a good time to come check out the truck and it was what I hoped for . He agreed to use his time on Saturday to help workout a deal and make the process smooth and easy , would definitely recommend solid rock and appreciate there help !

Had a great experience getting my new car! They patiently let me test drive 4 cars and then kindly let me take the one I was most interested in for the day so I could feel certain about it. It worked and I feel good about my new car. Everything about the experience was pleasant, no pressure into buying, very upfront with everything and all my questions were answered. Buyer beware. First impression sales rep was an upfront guy a week later someone pointed out there is overspray from the truck being repainted even though it had a clean Carfax. Fast forward a month and half later truck is in shop for engine repairs. he has been nothing but rude and warranty won’t cover because there’s no light even if there is a failure. Spoke over and over that he sells reliable cars but wants no part of a 10k plus engine repair. Yes I declined the extended warranty but this fell under the 3 month warranty that he gives but it only covers 750$ Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. He sells vehicles at a cheaper price because he knows there’s something wrong with it and hopes you miss it.

September 24th 2025, I purchased a Black Equinox from Solid Rock Auto. I paid the car in full via wire transfer. I also purchased another vehicle 2 days later from another dealership in OH. The second vehicle I purchased title was delivered to me November 27th. I called Solid Rock Auto group to inquiry about the title on November 31st and was told the title would be mail to me Monday November 3rd. When I didn’t receive the title, I called again and no one answered. I left several voicemails. I texted the original sales person on November 6th and he stated he would send me the tracking number the following day. It is now 11/10/2025 and I have not received my title, tracking number, or a call back from this company. This is truly unprofessional and shady way of conducting business. I have filed a complaint with BBB and hope to get a resolution with them since the company is not responding.

Absolutely amazing staff, great clean environment and super friendly! Mom loves her new Ford!! Such a great place and will be back again!!
Seven years later and I’m back again!! Dan is absolutely amazing and even with the minor mess up, nobody’s fault for that, but I was still able to leave with a car!!
