Waited for almost 3 hours to change battery as they said to wait till it cools down. But when times up they said it will cost 100$ when normally they said free :( and now we are changing on our own

I came here to get a new battery for my car. I immediately felt comfortable seeing that women were working at the store. Emily literally had me in and out and gave me an honest recommendation for what battery to get. This woman is an asset to your team 10/10 would go back and will tell all my people to go to AutoZone.

I had two vehicles in the last few months have batteries go dead do to age. Both times I drove the car in after jump starting them only to have the batteries tested, good! The next day the cars failed to start. I drove the other car in to the Auto Zone and replaced the batteries. Why doesn't the testing show the batteries are failing ??. Please let us customer's know this. Good store but this upset me. ?
