“Saturday morning my car wouldn’t start. I mean it wouldn’t crank. My wife and I had come to Geneva for a long weekend at a cabin on the lake. We stopped at the O’Rielly to get my battery tested, the car had been acting goofy earlier that day. Unfortunately it wouldn’t crank after stopping in. Aaron @ O’Rielly rescued us. He identified a loose wire at the starter, and fixed it. Thank you Aaron! Someone in O’Rielly needs to give that man a bonus, a raise, and a promotion!! Thank you again.”

“Didn't catch his name, but I walked in looking for a headlight. The person at the counter at that night walked out with me and we looked at the car and he even popped the bulb out (thanks to Chevy's ingenuity it wasn't as easy as it should have been). Once we went back in he was very personable, and once I bought the headlights he even helped me install them. While I probably could have figured out how to get the bulb out eventually, he knew exactly what to do, I definitely appreciate it!”
