They will sell the stuff from under you after making sure it's okay there rooms have mold in them in the bathrooms they refused to fix our bathroom ceiling so I had to throw all my clothes and my daughters clothes out bc they got wet and moldy from the ceiling leaking bad and they don't have any service definitely overpriced ! Definitely don't recommend to anyone !

I would put lower then 1 star. Duck tape inn what one of the guys that work for them for discount on there rent! But if you where license contractors. You don't want this place on your resume! Racoons in the walls hornets bed bugs because they put same bed from one of the other room. Don't think they had anything new in them over 30 years!
Owners paid $250.00 from family when it was kinda good. Now roof is bad. Only 4 or 5 rooms have cable box, TV's are about 30 years old.
Almost everything the use came from the trash.
If owe money or don't. They know the place is way over price! And tell care taker to check pockets if the client dies.
Septic tank doesn't work right. So her worker told dog a hole and dump sewage into the guys yard nextdoor! Toilet back up all the time.
She turned down water used so you would only use a very very little.
Owner hates dog and orders the renters to walk there dogs in the back where your can get hurt.
If you have a job. And it pays more then $15 and hour! She jacks up the rent base on you income.
And some of her help are drug users and drug dealers. An has them go into your room when your not there. Police department don't really want anything to do with the place!
Roof falling apart. Foundation of the place is bad! And she hates spending money on the place.
Needs around $100,000 dollars worth in repair. And they can't sale the place unless they spend $100,000 dollars in repair.
Community action and caseworker will not pay for people live there unless you have substance abuse. ( I mean your in some kinda of rehab plan.) But there drug users and drug dealers already there!
And seem from Robbie dump sewer waste into the stream so bad you can smell it across the street.
If you like pay more money on this place then you would anywhere else.
Or when caseworker will say. Geneva motel is worst then being homeless!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Geneva Motel about a week ago to get away. We had a pleasant time. Our room was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our little get away.

There’s a peeping Tom here’s that is something out of a horror story. What they should do, is instead of branding it as just a motel, Advertise it as like a Horror Motel Worlds scariest experience. I’ll take a few dollars for the idea

Completely ran down the owners try to get me to work on the place and didn't want to give me any money or credit towards my visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like living in the dump

Geneva motel is very reasonable with prices . Ok place to stay i stayed a few times here and i didnt really see a problem with anything in the room

This place is the worst place to stay. Bed bugs, fleas, mold, showers don't work right, toilets could just fall over, they rent to any crack head with a dime. They ask long term tenants to hold keys and rent rooms and to clean the rooms when people check out, They don't pay you for the work or take it off the rent. This place needs shut down. The health dept needs to do a pop up inspection. When I staied there the health dept was scheduled for an inspection the own went to Walmart get new pillows for the rooms left the plastic on the pills from the store so she could take them back after the inspection. They do not was the blankets ever that go on the beds.

Me my mom and her now ex bf had to stay hear i could not breath the black mold was so bad i had got a bottle of bleach to try and kill the mold but it was to bad the beds omg thay had stanes like i cold not believe i felt dirty eaven after a shower do NOT stay hear not eaven for a one night stand
