Jan 24, 2024 Approx 4:15.I give praise to the Blond Lady that helped me out at the drive up ATM. I was trying to deposit a check and it wouldn't take. She guided me thru it in the cold, she didn't have a jacket on but she helped me anyway. Her intention was to check the ATM but ended up with helping me. God Bles you. Thanks for the Personal service. Above and beyond. There needs to be more people like you.

I've had a account @ this branch for several years and quite pleased with the in person & over the phone customer service. It can get quite busy but handled well. This is a great branch of Huntington Bank. Good people that care.

I’m getting tired of not being able to get into my account them having to put up with a computer for a long time and listening to that awful music that races my nerves more. If I can’t talk to a person without waiting and listening to in wanted or needed information I’m closing my account and going elsewhere. I’m very easy going but by the time I go through all that I’m ready to fight with someone and that’s not me. I even get hung up on trying to get help. After just trying to get into my account again and talking to local bank it still won’t let me in asking for another access code again! This is rediculous after trying so many times! Please help or I’m gone!

They one person and a chicken working. This place is a waste of time and space. They never get anything done. The one employee talks to everyone for 20 minutes minimum about her day. Lines of 10 or more people will pile up inside. I think there was another employee sitting down somewhere probably picking her nose or something getting paid for it. Done go here unless you enjoy standing in a bank watching the employees make fools of themselves.

I can rarely reach them by phone. I am adviser that they will call me back at their convenienc. It is convenient for ME to speak to them when I call THEM.

I'm overly pleased with this location. Today I had an escalation with a debit card and lost access to my funds and debit ATM card. While a new one was dispersed, Ashley and Michelle helped me get a temporary ATM card to withdraw from my account, gave me the status of my escalation, and were extremely professional and well educated. There was a third young woman (blond) who also was very informative and professional, although I didn't catch her name. I am very picky about customer service, and this bank has aided me in personal finance very well. I appreciate them being close to home, good job everyone. That environment makes me feel at ease about trusting my financial health to their professional etiquette and demeanor.
