Honest and will get my business again. I brought a jeep compass in to him that I had that was not being used for my stepsons to start using it was a beater with a heater and John put it on a lift and called and said it was rotted out at the frame now he could have done the work and charged me but he didnt he stated the facts and said it would not be safe to use and it was really not fixable. I am thankful for his honesty and integrity thats hard to come by these days I will surely tell others and use Reese's Auto Service in the future for sure.

I needed brakes and rotors on my FJ and needed them done at the last minute for my trip. John squeezed me in and got me all squared away. Super friendly, great service and reasonable pricing. Finally found a reputable mechanic!

Got a screw in my tire on Presidents Day. First went to Dale's truck stop. They weren't open even though website and door sign said they were.Then I remembered that I took my cars to Reese's for years when I was not under warranty and was always satisfied with the work. So, I pulled in and called (they open at 9) and left a message. Mr . Reese showed up early. He still has that cute little smile that he had years back! He took my car right in (before he officially opened at 9) fixed it up at a very reasonable price and I was on my way. Thank you!

These folks saved the day for me! I was driving from Vermont to Cincinnati and my brakes starting grinding after getting off the highway for gas in Geneva. I called them 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close for the day, but they told me to come down anyway. They stayed an extra hour and a half after closing to fix my rear brakes so that I could get home that night. Fantastic people, family owned and run garage (50 years!). Felt welcomed and genuinely cared for when I showed up in trouble. Highly, highly recommend this shop if you're near Geneva and need work done!Service: Brakes
