This bank closed 3 of my accounts because I didn't use them enough. One account was closed with no notification at all. The other two accounts I received a letter in the mail after the accounts were already closed. In response to this review they are asking me to reach out to them with a phone number or email so apparently my contact information was deleted as well. After 20 years of being a customer here, I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I went into this bank on a Saturday morning to try and open my daughter’s a bank account. I probably should have looked to see what time they closed. I arrived about 30 minutes before. It took 10 minutes to get them to acknowledge that I was there. They were rude and unprofessional. I will never go here again. I have been with US Bank for 20 years, they did not make me feel like a valued customer whatsoever.

Nice small town bank. The entire Team at Geneva Us Bank is pleasant, personable, always remembers who I am, always fast service. I highly recommend this bank for your needs if you live in the Geneva area.

3 tellers on duty at 1145 Saturday morning with 1 person in line and nobody in the drive thru. Was told to come back during the week to open a business checking account because it takes an hour and they are short staffed...

Absolutely awful customer service. Tellers and Branch manager are extremely rude and ignores customers. I witnessed it and experienced it personally.

Absolutely awful customer service. Tellers and Branch manager are extremely rude and ignores customers. I witnessed it and experienced it personally. I banked with US Bank from 2002 thru 2015. I was a long time customer and watched how they continuously went downhill in terms of service and aspects of their banking. However, there is a reason I quit giving them my business back in 2015, I just wish my mortgage was not purchased by them. In my opinion Huntington is around the corner in Geneva and has much better service.
