Jackson is great and very nice, the other guy not so much. I'm a senior citizen and I have 4 storage units, they charged me more for the one unit because I needed it that day, I already had 3 units but was needing another one. I thought I should've gotten a discount for needing more. Hmm. It is what it is.

I called on a Saturday trying to rent a uhaul towing device and even though we were unable to rent one that day due to our well preserved 2002 truck throwing flags the gentleman that helped me was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. Thank you again for your A+ service!!!!

Jackson made my day. I needed a storage unit and he made sure I got one that day. He's very personable and professional. I highly recommend Brown County Storage...been a customer for a while now. The units are clean ready to move in.
