Pack Rat cheated me out of $215.98. I called the company to come pick up their container in mid February 2021 and was told they would be out by February 25th to pick up the container so that I would not have an additional March monthly charge. The drivers called on several occasions after February 25th to say that the ground was too wet to be able to get their truck into my yard to retrieve their container. Though this was the case I was assured there would not be an additional charge for March because the tardiness on picking up the container was with Pack Rat and not myself. In the first week of April I received a call from their accounting department saying that I would be charged the $215.98 for March rent and $92 for a pick-up fee. The pick-up fee of $92 seemed to be exorbitant but one that I had reconciled to living with. The $215.98 March fee is not acceptable. The public needs to be aware that if Pack Rat can not pick up their containers on time they will charge you for the additional time. BEWARE!
