Very unprofessional experience. The company sold me a load with incorrect delivery information, saying the drop-off was on Sunday when it was actually scheduled for Monday at 9:00 AM.
My driver has been waiting for more than two days, and the trailer still hasn’t been unloaded. This has caused serious delays and financial losses for our operations.
The broker has not provided any real communication or support to resolve the issue. I would not recommend working with this company unless they improve their honesty, transparency, and respect for carriers’ time.

❌🛑Worst Broker Ever Stay Away 🚫
They lied twice in one week.
First pickup closed when they said open. Lost a full day.
Delivery wrong appointment again. Waited all day, left at midnight.
Lost 2 days, got $0 extra, and they were rude and unprofessional.
Zero stars. Avoid this broker at all costs.

Terrible BROKER. We reported the lumper at the time it occured along with the 10 hours of detention. Billed the lumper receipt with invoice and they refused to reimburse us the carrier for the lumper! Just another broker screwing over carriers.

Booked a load with 8am delivery. Arrived on time, after 4 hours waiting I emailed this broker and kept them posted that no door assigned. They said that the shipper is just busy and they'll get to us ASAP. They also called my driver for an update around 11am and he told them the same. Got unloaded at 3:30pm and requested detention. They denied it and said we were late, showing us a screenshot of their tracking, that arrival time was at 14:45pm lol. We sent them screenshots from 4Kites with actual check in time, they said it doesn't count:) The only one they approve is RTS tracking or smth. They put 14:45 there just to not pay us anuthing and screwed us over. They knew we were there since morning.

Don’t work with this broker, they can cancel u anytime when u almost check in with shipper, thank God I picked up another load nearby, otherwise I had been driving for 4 hours for their load

Make sure you don’t take any loads from Pittston PA frozen loads going to Rochelle IL! Shipper is bad and this is a new customer and Rochelle cold storage don’t touch their freight if pallets lie a towards each other !

AVOID this broker. Absolute disregard for Truckers. We have a 1230 appt and getting unloaded at the building next door at 1100 with a quick unload at a regular receiver of ours and this joker pulls the load from at at 1115. We've kept them updated all morning and everything going exactly as we told them. We are NEXT door!!! He says oh we have a Primary carrier right here and it's not your fault?? What? Why pull the load then? What is going on to just do whatever they want to Carriers. Horrible business practices. Just wait until this market turn RTS. You won't have a Carrier wanting to work with you. Unbelievable. Just Wow.

Book a load with this company they added more weight to the load asked for more money. They put me on the band list. Do not trust this company. It’s not worth it I was old over eight hours of detention time never seen a dime of it and And they put me on a band list 😂

We had a very disappointing experience with this broker.
Our driver arrived at the delivery on time and was held for 9 hours. According to the RC, detention was supposed to be paid after 3 hours. All paperwork was submitted on time, yet the broker delayed responding for several days and eventually declined to pay detention, claiming documents were submitted late — which is not true.
Now they are ignoring all further communication.
We value professionalism and clear communication — unfortunately, that was not the case here.

🚛 Total waste of time — avoid these dishonest brokers at all costs!
We were told by the broker that the appointment was at 12:00 PM, so our driver showed up on time. But when he got there, the shipper said the actual appointment was at 3:30 PM, and that they had clearly informed the broker of that ahead of time.
When we called the broker, they blamed the shipper, claiming the appointment had been “changed last minute.” But when I asked the shipper directly, they said, “No, we always told them it was 3:30.” Caught red-handed, the broker then switched to another excuse — something about a different department scheduling it and “not informing the others.” Seriously?
These people are like a random excuse generator that spits out a new lie every minute. It’s not just bad communication — it’s deliberate deception.
🟥 No parking anywhere around the facility, and plenty of NO PARKING signs. So the driver had to leave and go back to a truck stop, wasting fuel and precious hours.
🟨 We've since looked at other reviews — and it's the same story over and over: fake appointment times, no parking, and no accountability. These brokers use drivers like disposable tools.
👎 This level of disrespect for truckers’ time, effort, and legal limits is outrageous. If you're a driver or a dispatcher, DO NOT trust this place or its brokers.

I took a chance on a reefer load that had 150miles deadhead. Long story short, the load was cancelled . All they had to offer for my troubles was a meager $100 Tonu (not industry standard amount). Nobody is returning my emails, and they're transferring my calls to a line that goes straight to voicemail. I had to deadhead back another 150miles (300miles total for $100) to get ready for my next load. HORRIBLE experience!! The bad reviews are accurate.

This company has cancelled loads on me, leaving my driver without a backhaul home. But if you cancel on them due to any inconvenience, that you can’t help happening, because that happens sometimes in the trucking industry. They are rude and hateful to you, saying things like “thanks for wasting our time” and “marking your MC as a fallout”. Plus they were texting my driver a lot even though he was where he was supposed to be. I emailed asked them to stop “blowing up” my drivers phone & they got a attitude with me. But when I try to call them, no one picks up. My driver tried to call & text but no response. I would not recommend booking a load with these people.

Said delivery appointment was 6 am. Arrived at customer to only be told it was 3pm. Said they'd figure out why it was changed and get back to me, never did. Asked customer who changed it, was never changed and was always 3pm.

Dishonest brokers and billing department. There is no way to reach supervisors or senior associates. They all are hiding. Be careful when you book with these guys
