This is such a TOP NOTCH Verizon store. We went in because we were having trouble with understanding the plan that my mother had purchased at another store and they were so great at explaining everything to us. I'm so thankful that we had the opportunity to work with the team there today and they really helped us find the right plan for my elderly parents. Thank you thank you thank you! (I'm so sorry I did not catch their names.)

I had to go there a get a new phone an to update my home internet, star helped me she was great a very patient cuz I had a whole situation with my other phone. She also was very kind to my stepmother an my son she went in the shed a got him a ball to play with cuz we were there for quite a while. 10 out of 10. Star an Kaden were very great!!

This Verizon store is the best I have ever been at! I myself got an upgrade at the end of 2024. Jeff is who helped me and he was so great, very friendly and efficient! Fast forward to May of 2025 my husband got an upgrade as well. We had the same amazing experience. Jeff was also the one who helped my husband. Best attitude and so welcoming when we walked in the door. Hands down best place to go! We will always be going to Georgetown’s location for any assistance with our account. A big shout out and huge thank you to Jeff!
