John worked on our old Toyota Sienna before the tranny went out. Last week he put a new alternator in our Honda Odyssey zippy quick on a Friday night. The pricing is always fair and ZERO pressure. 10/10 would recommend!

I had my truck towed here after a brake line busted. It took just under 2 weeks for them to get to my car, which is fine because I told them I was in no rush, and I asked for them to quote me on some tires, and do an oil change.They quoted me on tires over the phone on the brand and model they suggested and had them in the next day, and I was good to pick up the truck. On my way home, I felt a pretty extreme vibration coming from the right rear of the truck. I pulled over to check the issue, and discovered that 4 of the 5 lug nuts were not tight in the wheel, to the point I could unscrew them with my hand. I babied the truck home and tightened them myself. I was pretty upset about the ordeal, but it was after hours, and I figured I’d just call them tomorrow to give them a heads up that something pretty crucial wasn’t done.An hour after picking up the truck, I ran to Miamisburg, and one of the tires went flat all of a sudden. Turns out the valve stem was shot, and blew out on the right front tire. I threw the spare on, and babied it home again. I dropped off the truck after hours to be fixed the next day.I called first thing in the morning and John was very apologetic and sounded pretty agitated at whoever had done the tire work, and he made sure that the truck was fixed and ready to go by 9 am that day, which I was appreciative of. They replaced all the valve stems in all my tires with a better aftermarket one free of charge.What really bothers me though is the man working the counter on my second pick up was the man who did all the tire work. He never apologized, he just said “yeah, those tires have a tendency to have their valve stems blow out”. Well then why did you upsell me this tire, and why didn’t you replace the valve stems in the first place? Also, what was the excuse for not having 4 of the 5 lug nuts tight? I could have really hurt someone had I not caught the issue.I’m giving them three stars because John and Erin were very helpful, the brake lines and oil change were done with no issue, and communication was good, but as a first time customer to this shop, I don’t know if I could trust everyone at that shop to do a good job like the two mentioned, and I would not want to take a chance at one of the other employees messing up my car. I unfortunately won’t be back.

Staff is always helpful.They do their best to get your vehicle looked at.At Charlie’s you feel like family. They always try to do what’s best for the client and the vehicle. You can tell they care about building relationships.I once had to deal with car repairs that were to be paid by the company that individual that hit my car worked at. It was a two month process, but Charlie’s worked with me every step of the way. Created the quote and made phone calls as needed.They went above and beyond and I will always remember that and recommend them to anyone.

I called, and the phone picked up, but no answer. I asked if this was O'Charley's, and the manager/owner said, "yes." I asked for an estimate and bought the vehicle in. The front desk was cordial. As I finished the paperwork, I informed them I was getting estimates. The owner said to leave. I thought he was on the phone and joked to the secretary that I hoped he was not talking to me. She said he was. He said, "I do not have time to compete with other competitors. I am a five-star facility, and we are booked six months in advance." He left. I thanked the secretary and wished her a good day. She did not respond or acknowledge me. I am a former customer. The previous work, pricing, and customer service were good. It clearly has changed.

I never got to take my car there due to living over hour away but the lady I spoke with when visiting town and having car trouble was extremely helpful and nice. My uncle does speak highly of them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Long story short, they didn’t fix the valve cover leak they said they could, just gooped it up with permatex, said they replaced a knock sensor that threw a code the next day, replaced a belt that didn’t need to be replaced, left my oil pan loosened, didn’t fix a turbo line leak, and my car was in worse shape when it left than when it went in. It’s currently at another shop that said they can’t tell if they replaced anything at all because the oil leak was so much worse than when I took it in and everything under the hood was covered in oil. They also said it looks like they took a grinder to the head. They charged me $1,111 in work they didn’t do, or did incompetently. Then accused us of ripping off the turbo line when we went back angry because we realized nothing was actually fixed. I disputed the charges through my bank and won, getting my money back to take else where. I’ve never seen a more fraudulent, incompetent garage. I know this is a small town, and people like to support small businesses (it’s why i took my car there) but please don’t leave good reviews because you know them , are related, and haven’t actually used their services. It’s misleading and can cause people like myself thousands. Avoid at all costs!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Got a bumper put on my car. Paint matches PERFECTLY and everything in good condition. Friendly staff and was done really quick and done right. Definitely recommend and will be back if I ever need anything else done! Great to work with as well and LISTENs to what I/you want done very well.
