This pharmacy is top notch! My 6 prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy (doctor’s office mistake), Beechwood CVS IMMEDIATELY fixed this situation (even though they were very busy) and within 2 hours I got my meds! THANK YOU!!!

A very nice pharmacist gave my son a vaccine for school. Very nice pharmacy techs helped get him checked in. A nice girl came to rescue me from the self-checkout when I needed some help. It is so nice to find nice people.

Very nice location. Always clean and staff is friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that they were accepting walk-ins for Flu shots.

It took them 2 attempts, but they got me to take a 30 day prescription for a drug that I have been buying there for years as a 90 day script. The price was about the same as always. It will end up costing me over $200. I am self pay. Pay very close attention to what you are paying for and don't trust them. I was rushed because I was there when they were closing for lunch. If you leave with the drug, they will not return it or make it right.

Prescriptions are never ready on time, even if called in the day before.
The pharmacist Evan is a professional, but there is a brunette. That is just about as unprofessional as one can be. A liberal, I believe, and you sure can tell.
I think they need to re-evaluate, some of their people, they may be dei. Hires.

Ordered an 8 x 8 wall tile and the picture was fine but according to the instructions there was supposed to be a spiral disc mount so that it might be mounted to the wall and it wasn't in the box. Went back to the Germantown CVS and it took about 10 minutes to find someone to wait on me she couldn't understand what I needed. Another customer was in there and she indicated that there is hardly ever anyone available at the register.

Every month there is a problem and I have to call and get them to override something in order to process my refills. This is the system's fault, not the people who work there. The last straw was last night, I went and sat for about 10 minutes. Finally, I decided to hit the call button and felt bad doing so. The pharmacist herself came to the window and was the rudest person I've interacted with in a long time. Her stare was cold and she acted like waiting on me was the last thing in the world she wanted to do. I thanked her at the end and her response was a harsh, "Ya, sure" and she shut the window. I'm finally done and have moved to a different pharmacy.

Area CVS Stores have a bad habit of having higher in-store prices than are posted on-line. Not exactly a high cost-of-living area. I guess one should order on-line for pickup at store.

Do not expect even the most basic level of customer service, compassion, or any willingness to fulfill even the most basic pharmacist duties from the pharmacy staff here, specifically Darby. Take your business somewhere that actually wants you as a customer instead of financially supporting lazy, entitled work ethics.

I love having a pharmacy only a few minutes from my house and come here quite often. It is never very crowded and I am able to get what I need and get out quickly. I do like that they put a self checkout station in so you never have to wait for a cashier.The only thing I don't love about this CVS is their automated texting and calling system is often messed up. I have gotten multiple calls and texts letting me know that my photo order is ready even though I haven't placed any orders in months. I have stopped in a few times just to check and they always say that is sometimes just sends a mass update to anyone in the system. On the flip side, I have had to wait multiple days because they are suppose to text me when a prescription is ready and I haven't gotten anything. I go in after a few days and they say yea it is ready. It's nothing more than a hassle, but can still get a little confusing and frustrating.
