“I absolutely love the makeover! It's so clean and nice but my favorite part of this store are the employees! They are very courteous and always so helpful! This store has a phenomenal manager that has made this store into a better place than it was! Great job manager!!!”

“Been coming here since I moved here back in late 2022 and never had a bad interaction here. They always have what I'm coming for so I've never had to substitute anything. My only complaint is on behalf of the employees. Yall need to take it easy on them if they are short staffed. I seen a sign one day saying they had to close earlier because they had been sent 2 trucks of deliveries with little to no help because of them being short staffed. I'm not sure as to why they are short staffed as I've not worked there before but corporate or who ever runs this establishment needs to take it easy on this store”
“It's really hit and miss in here. My last visit a week or two ago was much better than the ones over the summer as I could actually get to the kitchen utensils this time a the boxes that were blocking them were finally moved.”
“The wonderful young lady WORKING BY HERSELF today on farthers day needs to get a raise or they need to get her some help up here, even with working alone she still helps everyone quick AND NICELY, unlike other employees I've dealt with, she deserves a raise or promotion.”
“This is, by far, the best dollar general around. I typically go out of my way to come here. The staff is always hustling, keeping stock on the shelves and turning stuff over from season to season. They are also very helpful. I feel as though, they do not get enough recognition. Especially in a world where you can't find people to work, let alone, GOOD EMPLOYEES. This dollar general can have all my money. And give those people a raise!”
“This store is great for the bang of buck. Always willing to help you find something and Kimmy is very patient when it comes to….. “interesting people”. From reading glasses to basic necessities and they also take SNAP EBD for purchases.”
“The cashier was really nice. She was really patient with me and her and another cashier that was there on her day off just shopping, taught me how to use the app! I highly recommend using the app it really user friendly, super easy to use the digital coupons and you WILL save alot of money. I was getting a box of tampons that was $3.50, I used the 2 dollar off digital coupon plus the save 50 cents sticker coupon on the box and got them for $1.25 after tax! I was happy :)”
“My enire family is being supported by this company. My mom is a gm my grandma and my daughter unlaw work there my cousin was a manager a couple BMs was employed there somewhere in the area and we shop there regularly Miamisburg and Lebanon are the best storses to go to”
“Let me tell you a story about a guy that needed tortillas, deodorant, cat food, and a box of varring sizes of nails. Well as the story goes, he made a trip to this store. A welcome site in a world full of specialty stores, this had them all.”

“In and out like usual love it 2gl.gas can $18 and some change didn't make me happy but I spent more than I wanted to on it but I looked around and saw that all 2gl.can are about the same price”
“Very friendly staff, except the manager! Constantly either accusing people of stealing or telling everyone she knows about the people she's caught stealing.The store has become a disorganized mess!! Aisles are blocked by things that hasn't been put away.”
“A decent Dollar general could be cleaner but it is what it is also the people working there could greet you or at least say one thing to you but I guess that's how they like it there”
“There is an employee at this location- long hair, working the register- who consistently does a solid job. For example, every time I've picked up a can of coconut water, which often arrives with some dust or spots from other product residue on the top from transport, he makes sure I get a clean one without having to ask. That level of attention stands out for sure. Having worked at DG twice now myself, I know how demanding it can be to run the store solo while staying professional and focused. He handles it well, and it shows. I always feel relaxed walking into the store.”
“Best store in the area. The other 2 not so much. The staff here are always super friendly to everyone, tidy and cleaner than the other 2. But they can only do so much with the allowed staff. The company itself overworks and underpays it's employees. Can't blame the staff fully, for the conditions of the stores. The company should be ashamed.I only stop at DG when I'm not feeling great(Lupus) and know what I need is there, because it's close.”
“Prices are great, of course. But you're lucky if half the stuff you need is actually in stock. Its highly inconvenient considering we have no other grocery stores in carlisle that can offer raw materials. Like potatoes. Milk. Bread. Eggs etc. We don't have a running car so we are dependant on this place to fulfill at least a few orders a month.”

“I used to work at this DG when my oldest son was 1. He's 8 now.. but.. I'll never forget Becky, Marc and that sweet old man ❤️ Idk why I can't remember his name rn ? It will come to me later.. anyway. They are all wonderful people/managers! Definitely best job I ever had. They made me feel like family, they were clean and great bosses. ❤️ Idk if they still work there.. but that was the best DG ever fr. I miss my DG family. Idk if they will ever even see this comment but I hope their doing well ?”
“Great for local corner store ...has fresh produce and good selection of pretty much everything you need. 4 to 7 pm can be very busy with only one cashier working.”

“This is a smaller location which is great for quick pit stops to grab bread or eggs etc. Friendly staff. I would give 5 stars but the place needs to be better organized and isles could use TLC.”
“Very good customer service. I had several questions and to ring up several different orders and they were very friendly even as it back up the line I was not rushed. But the store was missing mass amount in inventory. Hopefully that is temporary.”
