My package has been sitting here for daaaaaaaaaaaaaays and it's the wrong post office. Please send it along. I've tried calling and getting a direct phone number to see if anyone can locate it but no one can give me this location's number. Instead it's the generic USPS line.

To bad I can't give no stars.The postmaster Wayne has no idea how to do his job and the snobby girl before him didn't know anything either. The girls that work behind the counter are the one's that know how to run the place

Very slow compared to any other post office in Montgomery county warren county and butler county. They are extremely rude also and the post master is clearly on a spectrum.

Jenna is a gem, always a great experience if she's the one working. The old dude that everyone is complaining about has not been there for a couple of years now. The postmaster that started during the pandemic has no idea what she's doing, if you walk in and she's behind the counter come back another time. Hopefully she moves along soon.

This is a great place to ship items. Darrion and Jenna are awesome! I ask a lot of questions and they always take the time to answer them - and I am sure they are busy. This post office is a great resource.

Old man needs to retire. Too old to work with public. Left me standing while he walked back and forth in the back.. he clearly saw me and ignored me. This isn't the first time hes been rude to me

The other reviewers are correct. The older gentleman is disrespectful and should not be working with the public. I went in a few months ago with several packages and I was naive to my options. He made me feel foolish and was not able to explain how to ship the items. This is not service. I drove up the road to franklin and a gentlemen there walked me through all my options. He’s was patient and kind.
