“What a wonderful group of people at Red's Auto Glass! I called the Howland office and she treated me like family. Her uncle was Red. They are so friendly. I called to get my windshield replaced. She checked a few different carriers to get me the best price. The next day they picked up my car and had it back to me a few hours later looking amazing. “Gerber Collision did an excellent job on my Rav 4 after a buck ran out in front of me of me and I clipped his hind leg. Most damage was to the front passenger side bumper and wheel well. They stayed in constant communication with me letting me know where my car was in their scheduled repairs, informed me of any additional parts that were needed and any change in price. “When wife picked up car she turned it on and tpm alarm showed..went in and a service man told her I was told a sensor needed replaced which was not true and when I called next day our original service girl said they cleared it and drove it out to lot and if it came on it wasn't their fault..funny it was part of the problems we were having so they didnt fix it...took it to local tire shop and they replaced sensor for $65”
