Of easily changed the oil without advising us of mechanical issues, but they went above to let us know of the issues. I won’t go to another place besides lube stop ever again for our oil changes.”

“I got right in. They gave me options to choose from for my oil change. Yhey did a safety and tire check. Offered me other options for areas that need addressed and gave me prices on each item. I got to approve or deny those options. They offer coupons which I used today. Efficient, friendly service with a smile. This will be my "go to" for oil change services.”

From Pennsylvania, and I’m glad that I did. I usually take my cars to Walmart or Jiffy Lube and most of the time I’ve had less than satisfactory service. They don’t even know how to Reset my oil light. The service was fast, And the technicians were honest and very knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed with the service and I will be back with all of my cars.”
“I have owned over 20 new cars, and have plenty of experience with dealers, and their service Departments and I haven't had a competent dealer until now, this dealers service dept, makes you first! I had trouble with my air conditioning, and I dropped it off so they could see what was wrong with it, so I figured I would walk over to Taco Bell and get lunch while they were checking it out, anyway I was only gone 20 minutes and my car was already diagnosed and it was sitting outside ready for me, I was in shock, usually I have to wait for an hour for them to just look at it, anyway they had to order a part. I then came back to get the part installed, they said it would be 3 hours since it was a difficult job. And guess what, it was complete in 3 hours. This time I had dropped it off and came back. My car was covered under warranty and when I came back, they handed me the keys and said all done! This was amazing! Also keep in mind my vehicle had no new dents or dirty hands all over my interior. Which usually happens 90% of the time. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle here. Great Job Honda Store!”

“Went here to get new snow tires for my car for the firs time and it all went well. I had Jesse at the counter and he was great.
I did ask for 3 of my 4 tires to be saved and be put in the backseat of my car. When I got the car they were not in there so I went back in and asked if it was OK to keep them. They instantly brought them out and were excellent about the whole entire transaction.”

He asked if I was just going to take the tire and I told him yeah I am going to carry it over to Firestone. I wish I got his name because he was so kind and caring. He drove me and my tire over to Firestone instead of letting me walk there.
