Lady at the register late night between 6 PM & Midnight is one of the rudest women I've encountered at any pilot! She isn't the only one across the board but, If I'm spending thousands a year somewhere, she does not make me what shop her or at any Pilot! This is Monday, August 18, 2025. She is so rude! This is why this specific location's rating is going downward. Better fix this before it get around to the truckers Union!!!

This is a very bad place. There is a lady here. She is black in colour and has no manners of talking. She behaves very angrily. I had booked my shower with every customer and after waiting for 40 minutes I am leaving from here even though the shower is empty. But she took 40 minutes to clean it and give it to the customer.don’t come here if you want to save your time

On 06/19/2025 at around 4:00pm i stopped here at pump #18 to get the diesel. I tried to use relay app to get diesel but keys at the side of the screen wasn’t working, so i went inside for prepay. There was 2 females who was behind the counter i went to one of them and told her that keys at the pump is not working so can i get diesel by entering relay code here so she told me that she didn’t know how to do it so let me call other person so basically she told me to wait as other employee was busy with the customer. I waited hardly couple minutes and then she took care of me. When i was going back to my truck to pump up the diesel there was third employee who told me that move your truck forward out of no where then i was like why! And then she started shouting at me i was even trying to to explain it to her that what happened but she didn’t listened. She claimed that i was sitting inside for 20 minutes doing nothing which was clearly wrong. And when i told her to come with me ask your co workers what I was doing then she ran to other side of the building. Just because of her misunderstanding there was one white old guy at side of my pump abused me and my turban. He clearly had no clue what is going on but on the basis of my turban and her loud shouting he just abused me. Even the manager of the store also saw this happening. She should have mind her own business when don’t know what i was doing inside.
What was my fault that I showed my patience when store was busy? I don’t know if you gonna take any action against her or not but i want you to take a look on it once. This thing just ruined my whole rest of the day.

Clean bathrooms, updated interior, but most importantly- the Nashville hot chicken wings were absolutely dusted in delicious spice and were excellently hot! That’s a rare gas station find

Stopped in for a 30 minute break and refuel regardless to say the pump hose was cut and I was shot with diesel all over my right side vest which soaked my phone and clothes.... I now smell like hell and my phone is barely working atm

Very rude server this morning ! Waiting for 20 minutes to talk order and the place not busy!
She keeps on telling me “am not your server” . I take almost every week my breakfast in I Ron Skillet and it was not like this.I just left. Bad restoration!!!!

My wife and I have come here several times every time has been a pleasurable experience. Clean showers awesome customer service staff always go out of their way to make sure customers have what they need. Always looking forward to coming back. Oh and the iced coffee is so good!

This place is lazy lady early morning they are not cleaning shower I am waiting 1 hour early in morning.i ask that lady to cleaning shower she said take another 30 to 40 minutes.all shower is empty.I don’t know why management not seen this .eveyond is waiting

All product short on the shelf. You must buy product what they force you because there is always something sold out. I look for some coffe 2 weeks they did not order.
YOU CAN NOT FIND CASE WATER HERE ALWAYS SOLD OUT.
The service depend the shift some cashier really nice some JUST PLAYING PHONE THEY DON LIKE YOU ASK QUESTION.
Basically terrible management and no inspection on the store so they do what wver they wanna do.
THE MANAGEMENT SENT ME MESSAGE APOLOGIZE OR SOMETHING STILL SAME PROVLEMS SIT HERE. STILL NO WATER STILL NO STURBUCKS PRODUCT LAST FOUR WEEKS NOTHING CHANCE AND STILL THEY PLAYING WITH PHONE MANY LINE DEF IS NOT WORKING.

The general manager, Melissa Was terrible at her job tonight. My husband went in to get gas on our corporate fleet card. Now we travel the whole country and pilot is usually our place to go fill up. You usually give the cashier your card and your license and ask them for a corporate fill up. At this location, Melissa was rude as hell to my husband and told him he had to use the card at the pump. The only thing is, is we get in trouble for using the card at the pump. So now we are going to get in trouble with our business partner because we had to use the card on the pump because Melissa the general manager clearly don’t know how to do her job. Every pilot in this country allows this as it is a corporate thing. She states that in their district, they don’t do it like that. Which I know is a complete lie because we’ve been in every district across the country and haven’t had an issue. She then starts peeking out the window at my husband while he’s eating and staring at him for about five minutes. This is Actually ridiculous and I don’t think you guys should have a general manager that is rude nonetheless don’t know policy for their job. Or maybe you guys need to train them better. Just this location is the only location that states that they do that or don’t do that. Whichever way u wanna say it. Melissa BE BETTER AND LEARN POLICY HUNNY!!!

Didn't have anything for food out last night and the employees where just standing around bs. When I did buy food they try to get to buy the whole pizza which I did want ended up with what I want.
