I have gone here for a few months now. Never had an issue until they switched to this new payment method. I did my laundry yesterday and got a notification today from my bank that I have a double charge from here. Instead of doing my normal $20 worth of laundry for the week I got charged $40… the website is in Chinese and the phone number.. it rings once and goes dead then disconnects.. I will not be coming back.. I did this in a weekly basis for a few months and so has both of my girls and their boyfriends too.. that’s about $100 a week y’all are missing out on.. ?♀️Someone needs to contact me immediately and send me back my $20…

Me and my boyfriend went here after the recent change from cash to card transactions. Thinking there was no change in the prices (because there was no change on the physical washers themselves) The cost total for us would have been 20 dollars for the wash cycle since we used the big washers. We payed with card and it took $40 out! Which is double the advertising on the washer. People can not afford this. We will not be coming back. Still have yet to use the dryers which will probably do the same thing. I do not suggest coming here if you have a fixed income or children because you will not be able to afford rent or gas after this. Thanks for screwing us over for the next few weeks!

I absolutely love this laundromat it's so clean and looks really nice. Machine are kept up on and work great. Also the app is great and super convenient way to pay. Thank you so much for the care you put into this place.

They have cameras inside. But when I'm trying to wash my clothes early morning this has happened many times. I'm always finding a homeless person sleeping in the bathroom. No telling what it looks like and I cannot not my mother if she needs to cannot even use the bathroom with a homeless person with the door locked.

This is a very busy laundromat and as a result can get pretty dirty quickly, and the cleaning people seem to do just basic cleaning. However recently, there's been more work done on the interior. The change machine doesn't tell you what bills it takes, so it's a guess. There are frequently problems with the washing machines. No hot water in most, if not all. Dryers seem to work well though.

I rarely if ever need to use the laundry mat and prefer not to. That said, our washer, which is only six months old, stopped working. It's covered under warranty and of course on the day the tech was supposed to be out to repair it, the service company called to cancel as both techs for my area called off sick. If I have it privately repaired, it would void the warranty. There are six people in my household and going on over a week now with another week to go before repair tech is scheduled, we have had to make two visits (so far) to this laundry mat. The place is clean and they have multiple washers from double loads up to 10X loads if needed. Dryers in place also can accommodate various load sizes. I utilized the 6X load capacity washer which cost $6.50 and takes about 20-mins to complete. The dryers are 50 cents for every ten minutes of dry time. I can't speak on if these rates are normal, low or high but they seemed reasonable enough. They have change machines, a laundry product vending machine and snack/drink vending machine as well. Several chairs/benches to sit inside and a few benches outside. Video surveillance for a sense of added security is in place as well. The place is well lit and parking lot is average and can get full on busy days. Although I'm not fan of needing to use laundry mats, I'm satisfied with the experience at this particular location which is only a few blocks from my house which is a plus.

For a little place there was alot of triple loaders and the dryers lined the hole back wall. No waiting in line here.
