Unbelievably slow MTO time. Waited 40 minutes for some tacos! Management needs to figure something out. Having one guy working your MTO is ridiculous, especially when he’s juggling in store orders, door dash, mobile app, and a drive through!

my favorite thing about the newly remodeled gas station is that they cut the number of pumps in half and still managed to put them closer together so that 2 half ton trucks barely fit in between them and you have to squeeze out of your door all to make room for the unnecessary drive-through that nobody uses. if you have a dually truck dont even try

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Sheetz. The cashier practically threw the change back. They were very clearly talking about how they hate customers in the kitchen and being very rude and disrespectful. Could hear them saying they wanted the customers to just leave. The worst part of all is they forgot a fork.

Usually stop at Sheetz as it’s normally a safe bet for good fast food. Over 30 minutes for 2 hot dogs is a little silly.

I had a really good experience at the sheetz the other day, I came in just to grab a few things and the cashier was so nice. She was quick and got everything right and even made some nice small conversation I think her name was amaris
