“I cannot even explain how amazing they were, last Sunday our family unfortunately lost our best friend Lucy, she was our everything and it broke our heart to find out she was passing, it happened so fast and we had no idea since earlier in the day she was perfect, we called and took her over as soon as we could, we walked in and almost immediately they came out to take Lucy in the back, unfortunately we found out she has a tumor and it probably caused internal bleeding, im a single mom who works 60 hours a week and unfortunately I didn’t have the money for surgery, we had to put her to rest, the staff and vet were truly amazing, very sympathetic and supportive, they allowed us with as much time as we needed with her before and after she was gone, thank you guys so much, you made such an unbearable loss a lot less stressful!”

“Our cat was hiding and itching and not being himself. After being examined Dr Parks diagnosed him with a urinary infection and fleas. He prescribed an antibiotic and gave us advice on anti flea treatments we can use. He also trimmed his nails and looked through a stool sample. Dr was very friendly and highly knowledgeable. Two weeks later and our cat is back to normal again. Can't thank Dr Parks enough. Price was reasonable too, could have been WAY WORSE at other vet offices.”

“These doctors took my extremely sick puggle 7 years ago, when my regular vet would not see her. I never had to look back. They took great care of both my puggles. The care and kindness they show is amazing. The doctors are very upfront and honest with you and do not pressure you into unnecessary expensive tests, they tell it like it is. Their vet tech/assistant is one of the most compassionate people there ever was. He is amazing, a great asset to the practice. My female passed away a few years ago at the age of 13. Her brother had just crossed over the Rainbow Bridge a few weeks ago at the age of 15 with the help of Kerpsack Veterinary Clinic and I would not have had it any other way. They assured me I had made the right decision and that he was ready to go. I cannot say enough great things about this Clinic, the doctors may be mature, but they know their animals better than anyone. Their Vet tech/assistant is the best. Thank you Kerpsack for the 7 years of great care for my fur babies. I will always be grateful to the doctors and their Vet tech for the wonderful care I always received from them.”

“Dr. Allen and the staff are the best. I have a 17 year old Pomeranian. I haven't been there in over 8 years because she has been in great health. Today, I had what I thought was an emergency, and the wonderful girl that answered the phone was able to squeeze me in. Dr. Allen took care of my girl and she is already doing 100% better. I love how he explains everything and the vet tech listened to all my concerns with the utmost sincerity. You guys are a blessing.
