I called and I wasn't even a client here yet and told them the situation and they told me to bring him in. Dr. Allen looked over him and found a small scratch on his back behind the wing (bleeding just a little bit) that I didn't see was bleeding when I was bringing him in. So, they put some powder stuff on to stop the bleeding and then gave him an injection of antibiotics. Frankie and I are so grateful they were able to get him in, because they definitely saved his life.”

“I accidentally made my appointment for 2 weeks from now and showed up 2 weeks early with my cat! My cat has to be sedated for 12 hours in advance, and since he already had so much medicine, the staff was kind enough to try to fit him in quickly while I was there. It was my mistake but I appreciated that so much, it's such a hassle to get him sedated at home before his visits. Cat tax, photo evidence of him being zooted in his baby bjorn at home.”
