WM is a great company with reliable and professional service. Employees and drivers are very professional, respectful, polite, careful, and quiet. They provide excellent service with great pricing and are careful about property, leaving no trace. The trucks have a spiffy and neat appearance. The company is easy to work with for billing and sends notifications about schedule changes. However, some note that pickup is limited to the company-provided dumpster, leaving other personal containers unemptied.

I am extremely happy with the Waste Management services that I am receiving. Service has been very reliable, even with all of the bad weather this winter. Communications are great. Drivers go out of their way to provide great service. Wouldn't change a thing.

Our driver is always on time and waves at our grandson who loves his truck. good service.
