“Well they had what I needed and it wasn't crowded but what exactly is that awful smell I have been smelling? It wasn't as strong this trip as it was the last time I was in there. Is it the floor cleaner? Pure ammonia? Something to do with that rat infestation at the other distribution facilities? What ever the deal is it should be addressed because it doesn't seem very healthy to breathe that smell as you shop, it quite literally took my breath the last time and I was worried for my children to breathe it so we had to leave prematurely. I do hope something can be done and we can once again enjoy shopping at the Family Dollar.”
“I live alone, I am amazed with foods cold or frozen that are aimed towards living alone or just the right size to share a picnic/ lunch without leftovers. My perfect go to stop for snacks, birthday card, gift bags such a nice selection.”

“Stopped into The Plains store today about 5pm. Dom I think his name was is a very good employee. He said hello when I entered with a smile on his face. When I asked where the item I was looking for was he took me right to where it was. Very pleasant young man! You are lucky to have such an employee.”
“There are a lot of products to choose from. Definitely the best shop for almost anything you forgot on your grocery list or your bbq. 4 stars because the aisles are very small and hard for more than 1 person to navigate thru them. It definitely makes me feel like I have to hurry and not take my time.”

“The employees at this location are AWESOME. I always have excellent service here. They go over and beyond to make sure you find what you need. I’ve had to ask for certain things and have been escorted to the product with a smile. Shasta waited on me at check out today. I needed change. She rang me up 3 different times to ensure I had the lower bills I needed for the Old Settlers Reunion.”
