Sam's Gym is a family with a bone-rattling history and a unique atmosphere. It is a hidden gem and the best establishment for learning kickboxing or boxing in Ohio. The gym teaches discipline, work ethic, respect, and accountability. It shows that true strength comes from handling bad situations as a last resort. The owners do so much for the community. The history is felt in your bones and seen in the pictures on the walls.

This is literally the best boxing gym I’ve ever been too teaching discipline work ethic respect and it’s a family there, there is not anyone like Sam jones the gym has its own aura the history there is bone rattling.

My son went here when he was a teenager. He was begging to hang out with "the wrong crowd" but Sam taught him accountability, discipline, respect, and that true strength comes from knowing you can handle a bad situation if need be, but only as a last resort! My son is an adult and thriving because of what he learned here!

Sam and Ellen do so much for their community's. What a great gym, and the history of pictures on the walls. love to watch them box. Looking forward to seeing you in November.
