Sam's Gym is a family with a bone-rattling history and a unique atmosphere. It is a hidden gem and the best establishment for learning kickboxing or boxing in Ohio. The gym teaches discipline, work ethic, respect, and accountability. It shows that true strength comes from handling bad situations as a last resort. The owners do so much for the community. The history is felt in your bones and seen in the pictures on the walls.

Just in my second month of boxing, starting older than most, but the trainers here have helped me get into the best shape I've been in decades. Everyone is welcomed, treated with respect, and given individualized training. No fees, no dues, just donate what you can afford. An absolute gem.

not your typical new style gym. When you first walk in you can feel the history of this place. Even just going inside to check it out has so much to offer. Hundreds of photos on the wall.

Great place full of history. Sam’s Gym has no such instructors as the 5’3” one described below… Fake review. All of the sparring is very controlled
