“Awesome, if off the beaten path a little, totally worth it. The place is so clean, has a clean restroom all but one machine was working and clean. Also conveniently connected to a self serve and auto carwash and vacuum area with great suction! There's also a storage facility and a dog wash. Pricing was at industry standard. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend! Awesome job to all staff and owners ? ? ? ? ? will definitely return!”
“Bob was extremely accomodating. From my showing up unannounced to look at a car he had at 8 PM on a weeknight and opening up the garage to show me the car to arranging professional transportation to ship the car to the east coast. He was gracious and more than reasonable to deal with . I would highly recommend Bob for his honesty and professionalism during what could have been a stressful transaction. Thanks Bob!”

“Price is great compared to Mikes. Run down but did the job. My car was nasty after some bird (s) decided to target it hard and it was dried on after a few hot days, so I knew it wouldn’t get clean with an auto wash. Had to look in each bay to find the best brush for the job. 2min per 1$. It takes 5$ 1$ or quarters.”

I often marvel at how their customer service is so consistently solid, particularly in today's subpar labor market. Furthermore, the quality of wash is outstanding every time. “They went above and beyond for me. I had a messy situation in which I had sticky oil all over my car. They took a lot of extra time using the power wash sprays with different cleaners and had me go through the machine multiple times until it was clean. They were amazing and it was greatly appreciated.”
“Great buy 4 get 2 free wash books are on sale until July 4th. Had to wash off all the cicadas and since they're still around I thought the book was a good idea! Friendly staff.”
“I have read some reviews about damage and Mikes wouldn’t fix it. My 2020 Camry I had couldn’t go through tire shine because it literally scraped the sides of my car. The first Time it happened corporate fix my car a few years later they had picked the wrong wash for me and it went to the tire shine. Scratched my car up again and corporate had zero issues with fixing my car and paid for a rental. Even though I’ve had issues with damage, they’ve always fixed it and I’ve always had a great experience at the Eastgate location.”
“This location was nice. Didn't actually have to wash the car just clean out and vacuum. Glad they had machine for quarters. Wasn't busy at the time so it was peaceful. Would definitely return to this location.”

“I went to clean my husband's car, he too lazy to do it himself. Anyways, I think it was a great place to do what I needed. The vacuum could have better suction but it still did well. I used the self wash and it was clean easy to use. The only thing with this was the foam from the brush was super thick so instead of a constant soap flow it would push out thick foam once in a while. But not too shabby.”
“So far, so good. I purchased an introductory 3 month membership to try Zips out and, with having had my car washed a handful of times, the first couple of weeks it seems to be worth the price that I paid. The car wash does a nice job cleaning and waxing my vehicle. ?”
