All I ask from a septic company is honesty and dependability and I got both from Complete Septic. I called to get my tank pumped and lines jetted. Shaun told me he was a little backed up but he could pump the tank and do the jetting in a couple of weeks. I was good with that. He even came back to pump the tank a couple of times while we were waiting for the jetting. He found a few other problems and was very up front about what I was looking at. He also put some risers in to make it much easier to get it pumped. He was honest about pricing and kept me informed of where we were at costwise. I will continue to use Complete Septic and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I currently live in Florida but being from the area, a friend recommended I call a company from my home town about my septic tank since I bought a house here with my first septic. I explained my issues and asked some questions about it. He informed me about tests that can be done and gave me some great recommendations. Im sorry I didn't get his name, but thank you for your help and advice.

I scheduled an inspection with Shaun for a home I was looking to purchase and he understood my need for a quick turnaround and set me up for Lou to do the inspection right away. Lou was absolutely top notch. He not only did a thorough inspection he took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly-from the concerns that he had to what I should do to ensure it lasted as long as possible. I had never had a septic before and he took the time to educate me about what was important. I ended up not purchasing that property but the one I did purchase also has a septic and I will be hiring Complete Septic for all maintenance and repair needs! Fantastic service from both Shaun and Lou!

Had inspection by Hamilton County with specific issues. Complete Septic did the service to address the issues. Hamilton County came back again for second inspection and completely failed. I showed them the bill from Complete and they thought it was an estimate to do work, not the actual bill, because nothing had been addressed. Called Complete to come back out and address the issues and they declined and said they provided the service. Use someone else.

A huge help in coming out to help confirm I had a septic issue. Slight communication issue on scheduling where my understanding was it would be a day or two, so I called another company. However they would have been able to get me in much sooner than I realized. I have no doubt they would have also done a fantastic job as they seemed very knowledgeable.

If you want a company that is knowledgeable, honest and hard working then Complete septic is the right choice. They are reasonably priced and go above and beyond to do things right and efficiently. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and only use them in the future. Such a rare diamond with all the rip off artists just trying to make a buck! These guys RULE!

Complete septic has been our go to for septic services the last 2 pump outs, and even helped us when our leach lines needed to be blown out. we have been so satisfied with their professionalism and quality of work! They were quick to schedule us and always explain details about what they are doing and what we need to do to extend the life of our system. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a reliable septic company.

Called complete septic Wednesday to pump my septic tank and my next door neighbors septic. Shaun answered right away and scheduled quickly for that Friday morning. Lou came out and was very professional and told me some things about mine and my neighbors systems and got the job done in no time for a super fair price. I would highly recommend calling complete septic for your septic needs. Thanks you guys for being easy to work with and timely and at a affordable price.

They came to my rescue. My septic was full and plugged with grease. The service man unclogged the line and cleaned out the septic tank. I highly recommend them. I will only use them again. Thank you guys

We have tried two other septic companies before finding Complete Septic Service. We had one previous company sell us a part that we were unsure we needed and overall felt it was a sales tactic rather than something necessary. We run a contracting company and know how hard it can be to find good companies to work with. We really appreciated Complete Septic. From the scheduling phone call to the bill everything went smoothly and price was upfront and fair. The owner was professional as well. We will be using them as needed for our septic system moving forward. Very happy with the business and definitely suggest if you’re in need.
